On the other hand, it is also very satisfying with a unique grain-like richness and a little alcohol in the aftertaste.
I had a hard time deciding between Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but I chose this one because of its interesting sweet and sour taste and characteristic richness☺.
It went well with cheese and other peculiar foods.
