I had drunk it somewhere in the past, but I couldn't even remember the taste. It was sold as a cup of sake, so I bought it out of curiosity 😁.
It's delicious. Mellow is a good word to describe it. Slightly sweet and tasty. It has a slight sweetness and umami, with just the right amount of zing to make it easy to drink.
I will have fish as a snack because my cholesterol was caught due to last year's inactivity (overwork) 🥲.
I had it with boiled spinach, sashimi of black sea bream, and pressed sushi with mackerel!

ellie, nice to meet you😊Good morning. I drank a "Nanbu Bijin" once fired, but it was a little 🤏 sweet, so I mixed it with some "Hoshi" that I happened to have, and it tasted a little bitter, which I liked 😆.

Good evening Mayuko!
Is it possible to mix sake? 👀 And it neutralizes the taste.... Nanbu Bijin certainly has a sweetness to it.

Mayuko, I know this is a bit off topic, but I see you drink a lot of Shinshu Kamerei! I have two bottles (Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama and Inakura Tanada Nama) in my fridge. I have two bottles of Kamerei in my fridge (Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama and Inakura Tanada Nama).

Good evening, ellie-san: ☺️ Shinshu Kamerei is a regular sake in our house because our favorite liquor store, where we buy it every month, serves it to us without telling us 😆 I've never had Inakura Tanada, so please post it and let us know what it tastes like 😊.
