The toast is nigori sake from Shinkame, Senkame.
It has a fizzy and dry taste. A toast to the occasion.
After that, we enjoyed Kikko-Kabishi, Ryuki, Nakadaya, and others.

Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake🍶Cherry blossom label🌸Origarami✨.
Sweet dessert sake. I think it's for aperitif or after-dinner drink 🤔, but when paired with canned mackerel, it spreads surprisingly well. You can feel the umami and it's good👍.
It was not a noisy restaurant, but an adult atmosphere where you can take your time and enjoy the sake ✨I thought I would try the liquor store next time.

Moderate acidity 😆. Well made. The characteristics are thin but not unpleasant. It goes well with old-fashioned corned beef doria (mixed corned beef doria)👍This kind of snack is even better 😋.

The ultimate in 🍋kire ✨refreshment. I can't get enough of it. Perfect for the hot summer 😅They seared the bonito in front of the counter 😅.

The second cup of the Hanahayo drinking comparison is Yamadanishiki🌾.
Dry, sharp 😆, fruity and sweet on the palate. The second glass was Yamada Nishiki 🌾, dry, sharp 😆, fruity and sweet on the palate 🍑, the Yamada Nishiki was better with the dishes of the day ✨It is a one-operation restaurant with a rich menu, a kind of hideaway for adults.

Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genzake🍶Gohyakumangoku🌾.
Elegant, sweet and refreshing ✨. A little bitterness. Pear type 🍐.
Goes well with horse mackerel namenro + marinated octopus and cucumber, or "namemari" for short👍.
The owner is a one-man operation, so taking pictures of labels is not allowed, unfortunately, but it can't be helped 😅.
The entrance is like entering with your head down.

Junmai Namaishu Activated Nigori 🍶 Lightly full ✨
I was curious about this store owned by a liquor store that was featured on Rui Yoshida's show, but this was my first visit 😆.
The entrance is hard to find and it feels like a hideout 😅.
It was a hot day, so we started with sparkling sake.
Dry and sharp ✨, muddy and delicious. Good for hot summer 👍.
Edamame and tofu with sesame sauce and crab 😅Tastes good as usual 😋.
