The sake was easy to drink, and lived up to its reputation for being "popular among women. The impression was of a mellow, fruity flavor that spread as soon as it entered the mouth. The sweetness does not persist, and in general, it is an easy-drinking sake that goes well with all kinds of food. (Cold sake is best).

It is recommended to be drunk cold, but it is also very tasty at room temperature. It is sweet and fruity at first, followed by a slight aroma of alcohol characteristic of sake, but it does not linger and is very subtle. It may be a little too sweet to pair with fish.

It has a sweet mouthfeel and aftertaste! Tastes like it would be refreshing if drunk cold.
