The top aroma is slightly sweet, I guess.
In the mouth, it is a very dry sake with a sake meter of +13, with almost no sweetness.
It has a slight umami taste with a slight acidity and is a crisp and clean sake.
It was quite a hard-core sake.
I wonder if it would be better heated 🤔.
