Our Nishino Kinryo!
I remember drinking this last year and being quite impressed, so I took the plunge and bought a bottle!
The aroma is quite alu-like.
The sweetness is followed by a sourness, and then a bitterness to finish it off, but it's got a solid feel to it.
It's a little different from the feeling I had last year... maybe it's because I drank a lot of things...
But I highly recommend it for sweet and sour skis!
Also, as I mentioned before, I don't think there are many opportunities to encounter Sanuki Yomai, so I'd like you to try it...
By the way, I changed from a wine glass to a Riedel Junmai, and it feels good... Sake cups are important!
It has a wide mouth, so the allure of the aroma is neutralized.
OudonpanGood evening🌠
I drank this without knowing it at Gekuchuten Kagawa burial, but it was citrusy, refreshing and delicious, so it made a big impression on me 🤤
I think this brewery should be more appreciated👍️.
Good morning honda & thank you for your comment...
Although Gekuchuten is rather minor, I think it is as good as any other famous brewery😊.
It's a good brewery as you said.
The first thing you feel when you take a sip is
Sweet acidity like an apple.
It also has the umami and rice taste of pure rice.
There is also a very slight bitter taste.
The aftertaste of sweetness and acidity is long.
It has an apple flavor, but it is mild
It is easy to drink. Delicious♪
I think this is good for eating.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's dinner.
I got hooked on Gekuchuten last year, so I tried it again!
Of course I used Riedel Junmai glasses.
The first touch is a nice sweetness and sourness, and a bit of bitterness at the end.
I think it's consistently delicious... a taste I can keep coming back to.
The balance of sweetness and sourness in particular is quite good!
I think it's a good sake for tasting Sanuki goodness, which is reasonably priced and not easy to drink.
Also, Nishino Kinryo is a very nice sake brewery, and I highly recommend you experience it!
I finally found a sake from Kagawa
My first sake rice, Sanuki Yoimai (from Kagawa)
As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma.
At the first sip, the acidity is more prominent than expected.
There is no bitterness and the sweetness remains at the end. Although the rice polishing ratio is 70%, it is brewed with a good ability to lead the miscellaneous flavors to the umami. It has a strong, dark taste as if it were unfiltered, and the apple-like acidity tightens the whole.
As it gets closer to room temperature, the acidity increases and the apple-like taste also increases.
It has a similar taste to the Hato Masamune apple yeast brew that I drank before.
I'm not sure, but I think it's another brand of Kinryo. Gekuchuten This is delicious.
takeshon-san
I'm going to be taking a break from reviewing for a while until my wife's birthday on the 29th, as I haven't finished opening and reviewing the sake for my trip.
I will try my best to bring you good sake reviews in the future, so please stay tuned!
Yes, this way 🚑️.
tkmt and takeshon have started talking about strange things due to the heat wave!
I'm scared!
I'm a little anxious, please transport me 😉.
This is Salmon River Firefighting 🚑
I don't see anything unusual.
Keep up the healthy posts and healthy comments 👩🚒.
The typhoon is coming so be safe 🌀🙏
📢 Ping pong han pong🎵
For those of you in the town - there have been a number of scams involving fake firefighters trying to sell fire extinguishers to elderly people by telling them "I'm from the fire station".

If you are in the area of the typhoon's path, please secure portable vials as soon as possible.
In case you're wondering, I've only been to an evacuation center once.
I had a beer pakkang, but sake is more discreet and good👍️.
Maybe even now.
But.
I heard that Hakutsuru Nishiki Jun is big, so I chose this one.
Also, there are times when you can buy Jikin without using points, so
It's great to have Jyushiyo at home!
It's a bit far, but there is one in Kitakyushu, so I might try to get it.
I heard that the condition is 20,000 points for other sake.
honda.
I've lived in Kokura for 2 months!
In front of Cha Cha Town
in front of Chachatown 🎡 please take a picture of me drinking 😄.
I'm not sure if I'll be questioned or not.
I chose a sake I've never had before.
It has a moderate aroma, a good sweetness, and a slight sourness.
Is it like that?
At first I thought, "Hmm? But as I drank more and more, it became better.
At home.
Recently, I've been losing my sense of adventure in my choice of sake to buy.
I've noticed that I've been buying only the ones from breweries I'm used to drinking, or ones that someone at Sake no Wa has said are good.
I knew I couldn't go on like this.
I had to get my frontier spirit back.
The other day, I went through the Senkou Kabutomushi lined up next to me in the liquor store showcase, and bought this sake on a hunch.
The aroma, while not spectacular
It smells like a mixture of pineapple and lime.
It has a clean and refreshing aroma.
After a mild sweetness, it has a sourness that is typical of summer sake.
It has a good umami taste and is not too light.
It has a slight ethyl acetate taste, but
There is a hint of ethyl acetate, but when paired with a meal, it doesn't bother you much.
It's a good value for money, and the taste exceeded our expectations.
3 stars
I can hardly smell it?
Maybe a hint of semedai?
Oh, the mouthfeel is uniquely sour😆.
It's a bit hard ❓
I like the light sweetness🥰
The alcohol taste lingers on the tongue afterwards.
It's hard to keep drinking on its own 😂.
If you combine it with something with a strong taste
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
This is a great drink to go with meat, fried food, or salted fish 🥰
Thanks for the comment, Mr. Liquorie 🤗.
I have to admit, it's a little out of my wheelhouse.
It's definitely delicious when paired with a meal🥰
It has a unique sourness to it that helps to increase your appetite.
I think it's especially good with meat dishes 😆.
First issue.
When I opened the package, I was frightened because the aroma was like "THE sake (Showa style)".
When you take it in, it has a melon-like fruity taste, and then it becomes sweet and bitter. It comes in with a crisp and tight feeling.
(I can't put it into words well...)
I've been feeling that the fruity flavored brands I've been liking are too sweet, so this is good for summer.
I would like to pair it with sashimi or sushi.
Aroma, yogurt smell? The aroma is sweet and sour...the taste is sweet and bitter...maybe a little sour? The taste is sweet and bitter. It's a good drink for a mealtime drink. It's delicious!
They say it's limited to 300 bottles brewed nationwide✨✨✨.
The aroma, refreshing fruit scent ☝️citrus type?
The taste is sweet at first, then the fruity sourness follows and mixes with it like a kumquat in your mouth😃.
When the sourness settles in your mouth, you can also feel the flavor of the rice 🍚🎶.
In the aftertaste, the sourness changes to a bitterness, and it becomes crisp and clean👍.

Raw material rice: Sanuki good rice
The sweetness of the rice is soft and the taste is gentle but complex.
It is delicious not only with fish but also with all kinds of food.
Delicious! It didn't interfere with the food (yakitori, sashimi, etc., where the aroma is also important) and was a good match. I ordered oyster skewers, but the fishy smell of oysters disappeared.
By the way, Mr. Yamaoka said in "Yummy Shinbo" that Daiginjo is better than wine for the fishy smell of oysters.
