One fire but fruity.
The flavor is calm and muscat-like.
The mouthfeel is smooth, perhaps due to the effect of the fire-refining process,
The flavor is thick and juicy, as is typical of the original sake.
The refreshing acidity gives a sense of tightness.
Delicious. I like it.
Goes well with the fat of the sashimi tsumeburi.
The seared tuna bowl is a new product and will become a regular item at Uozuka in the future.

How is everyone doing on this three-day weekend, when the mornings and evenings are chilly but the days are pleasant?
I was working throughout this holiday weekend, but on the evening of the 8th, I had some free time, so I joined the "Sake no Wa Mahjong Club" and enjoyed a cup of sake.
Getsu-chu-ten" by Nishino Kinryo Shuzo, famous for its "Kinryo" brand of sake.
I drank "Kinryo" at a sake brewery when I visited Konpira in Kagawa before starting the sake brewery, but this was my first visit to Kagawa 😁.
Again, we drank it with a thin boar cup and a thick glass cup.
[The thin sipped cup.]
The aroma of full rice, the sweetness hidden behind the plump flavor in the mouth, and the sharp and refreshing aftertaste.
[Masu glass cup.]
The thick umami and acidity are followed by a refreshing aftertaste, with a slight bitterness lingering on the tip of the tongue.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and the apple-like sweetness, umami and sourness, and the aftertaste of custard-like sweetness spreads softly.
Personally, I prefer it closer to room temperature 😆.
Kue Sashimi and Seared Tachio fish
Mahjong lost in the end😅.
I had a chance to go up to the top of the table, but I couldn't pull it off 💦.
Still, it was fun, so I don't need to say anything about it.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀!
Oh! Mahjong is good for the family 🀄.
It's pretty in-depth if you think of it as a pure board game, and it's a good mental exercise 😁.
It's great that you can even go as far as waiting for a single four-way tie 😆.
Next is Kinryo in Kagawa.
The first aroma is slightly sweet and sour.
In the mouth, there was a moderate acidity, sweetness, and umami of rice.
It was a very easy-drinking sake.
It was delicious.
I asked my wife to buy it for me on the weekend sake quota.
Kagawa's Getsu-chu-ten, which has become a favorite after drinking it before.
It has a good balance of acidity and umami. It is as delicious as ever!
Beef tongue from Costco is also great!
I got another one as a weekend treat.
Kagawa Prefecture, come to think of it, first time checking in. It's quite similar to Aki-Deer! It has an assertive acidity, not too sweet and a bit astringent.
This is one of the best I've had recently! There is a repeat!
It might be similar to Kurumizaka, my favorite in Wakayama.
PS: I had them make a gizzard snack for me.
They are perfect!
Getsu-chu-ten, a Japanese sake from Kagawa Prefecture.
The label is simple as shown in the photo.
The aroma is weak and the taste is in the fruity category.
I have the impression that the flavor changes depending on the amount of sake in the mouth. It is a strong sake if you put a lot of it in your mouth, but it is easy to drink and you can drink it all the time if you drink it in small doses.
It is my personal opinion, but it is very good with cucumber cucumbers.
Good evening 😃
It's getting cooler in the mornings and evenings.
I went a little far today to visit a liquor store 🚙.
Found a rare Kagawa sake in the neighborhood 👀
Sake no Wa Map, white of course❗️
I'll have to taste it 😁.
The aroma is elegant acidity and alu-ness.
Sourness is the first thing on the palate.
There is sweetness in it.
Neither of them is strongly assertive.
The balance of sweet and sour is the best 👍
It was just as the store's product introduction 😊.
It's also very gentle and you wouldn't believe it was over 17 degrees ❤️.
Moonlit heaven is great ❗️
Thank you for your reply, Mr. Shinkun 😌.
Oh! I am a liquor store, not an izakaya.
I drink the sake I buy and upload it 😊.
But I can make a recommendation for you ✨
I also recommend this Tsukichuten...
