I asked my wife to buy it for me on the weekend sake quota.
Kagawa's Getsu-chu-ten, which has become a favorite after drinking it before.
It has a good balance of acidity and umami. It is as delicious as ever!
Beef tongue from Costco is also great!
I got another one as a weekend treat.
Kagawa Prefecture, come to think of it, first time checking in. It's quite similar to Aki-Deer! It has an assertive acidity, not too sweet and a bit astringent.
This is one of the best I've had recently! There is a repeat!
It might be similar to Kurumizaka, my favorite in Wakayama.
PS: I had them make a gizzard snack for me.
They are perfect!
Getsu-chu-ten, a Japanese sake from Kagawa Prefecture.
The label is simple as shown in the photo.
The aroma is weak and the taste is in the fruity category.
I have the impression that the flavor changes depending on the amount of sake in the mouth. It is a strong sake if you put a lot of it in your mouth, but it is easy to drink and you can drink it all the time if you drink it in small doses.
It is my personal opinion, but it is very good with cucumber cucumbers.
Good evening 😃
It's getting cooler in the mornings and evenings.
I went a little far today to visit a liquor store 🚙.
Found a rare Kagawa sake in the neighborhood 👀
Sake no Wa Map, white of course❗️
I'll have to taste it 😁.
The aroma is elegant acidity and alu-ness.
Sourness is the first thing on the palate.
There is sweetness in it.
Neither of them is strongly assertive.
The balance of sweet and sour is the best 👍
It was just as the store's product introduction 😊.
It's also very gentle and you wouldn't believe it was over 17 degrees ❤️.
Moonlit heaven is great ❗️
Thank you for your reply, Mr. Shinkun 😌.
Oh! I am a liquor store, not an izakaya.
I drink the sake I buy and upload it 😊.
But I can make a recommendation for you ✨
I also recommend this Tsukichuten...
Kagawa sake is rare ☺.
I was also introduced to this one that suited my taste.
Maybe a little too sweet?
But the acidity unique to nama sake will harmonize with it.
That's what he said.
I am looking forward to it 🍶.

My impression after drinking it
This is the HANA-YO-YOUKU of western Japan!
Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma combines the mild aroma of rice and grain with fruity notes reminiscent of bananas and sweet notes reminiscent of custard cream. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is rich and juicy. The acidity is relatively mild, but the complex flavor and lingering deliciousness make for a rich mouthfeel. Slightly strong astringency. Medium aftertaste. A mellow sake.
sake made without added alcohol or sugar
Sweet and delicious. A gradually delicious taste. Melon. Sweet and gorgeous. But the sweetness is not too strong. 85 points
Sweetness: 3.6
Acidity: 3
Dryness:2.4
Hinted aroma:2.6
Our Nishino Kinryo!
I remember drinking this last year and being quite impressed, so I took the plunge and bought a bottle!
The aroma is quite alu-like.
The sweetness is followed by a sourness, and then a bitterness to finish it off, but it's got a solid feel to it.
It's a little different from the feeling I had last year... maybe it's because I drank a lot of things...
But I highly recommend it for sweet and sour skis!
Also, as I mentioned before, I don't think there are many opportunities to encounter Sanuki Yomai, so I'd like you to try it...
By the way, I changed from a wine glass to a Riedel Junmai, and it feels good... Sake cups are important!
It has a wide mouth, so the allure of the aroma is neutralized.
OudonpanGood evening🌠
I drank this without knowing it at Gekuchuten Kagawa burial, but it was citrusy, refreshing and delicious, so it made a big impression on me 🤤
I think this brewery should be more appreciated👍️.
Good morning honda & thank you for your comment...
Although Gekuchuten is rather minor, I think it is as good as any other famous brewery😊.
It's a good brewery as you said.
