First issue.
When I opened the package, I was frightened because the aroma was like "THE sake (Showa style)".
When you take it in, it has a melon-like fruity taste, and then it becomes sweet and bitter. It comes in with a crisp and tight feeling.
(I can't put it into words well...)
I've been feeling that the fruity flavored brands I've been liking are too sweet, so this is good for summer.
I would like to pair it with sashimi or sushi.

Delicious! It didn't interfere with the food (yakitori, sashimi, etc., where the aroma is also important) and was a good match. I ordered oyster skewers, but the fishy smell of oysters disappeared.
By the way, Mr. Yamaoka said in "Yummy Shinbo" that Daiginjo is better than wine for the fishy smell of oysters.
