I bought this one at a convenience store when I was in Ibaraki. It's very dry! I had it with a sweet dried sweet potato I also bought in Ibaraki and drank it in gulps.
Drank Inazato Junmai Nihonbare at Tagosagetsu, Mito.
It was very easy to drink and I wanted to buy some, but Mito station did not carry it. It seems that only a few bottles are distributed in Tokyo as well. Maybe mail order?
Today we are going on a sake brewery tour in Kasama.
First, we went to Isokura, a new sake culture tenement on the grounds of Isokura Sake Brewery near JR Inada Station.
They had a stone oven pizza in celebration of its opening, so we enjoyed sake and pizza.

Ibaraki Prefecture GW's Biggest Event
The Kasama Pottery Fire Festival (Himatsuri)
A pottery market where many potteries and artists set up store.
At the festival, a local sake brewery, Isokura Sake Brewery, was selling sake samples, and this year I bought a bottle of "Kaze", a daiginjo made with 50% polished rice from Gohyakumangoku (a type of rice produced in Japan).
I poured it into a flat sake cup I found at the venue and enjoyed it while eating Kasama's specialty, Inari-san!
Subdued aroma
Slightly sweet
Elegant and refreshing aftertaste
Yet, it is still mellow and drinkable.
Daiginjo that can be easily matched with meals
The weather was beautiful and a fresh breeze was blowing,
Drinking sake outside on a day like this is the ultimate luxury!
It's also fun to drink from the morning and walk around looking at vessels in a good mood!
They recommend this sake for everyday use.
At room temperature.
Relatively smooth on the palate.
It has an alcoholic taste with a white grape-like flavor.
The acidity and bitterness are sharp, and the tongue is tight.
The rice flavor comes gradually afterwards.
It is an everyday sake.
As I had expected, the marinated cauliflower was suitable for wine.
The kiriboshi-daikon I ordered after that was a little too salty for me, so I gave up on it.
The combination with the entrée didn't go well, but the sake itself was good.

The day before going to Mito Kairakuen
I decided to eat something local.
We went to a restaurant that serves steak and hamburger steak made from Hitachiniku beef 🍴.
100% 🌾5 million stone
The aroma is fresh and gorgeous✨.
Good rice flavor and moderate acidity 😋.
The taste and aroma that quickly disappears
It is like a pleasant "breeze" ✨
The chilled salad pasta with Hitachiniku beef is

Both the sake and the food
We are very satisfied with Ibaraki Prefecture 💕🥰💕.
Yu🎶chan konbanhā ¡taku ¡taku ¡taku ¡taku ¡taku ¡taku ¡taku ¡taku
🙇🏻♀️💦
The food looks too good (´,,-﹃-,,`).
The alcohol didn't come in😅.
I guess local food is the best for local drinks ☺️
Hi Eririn, hello ☀️
I had a great time at a popular restaurant in Mito and enjoyed the Hitachiniku beef (ฅ́˘ฅ̀)♡umm, they had sake too which was perfect 😆👍✨It's a common thing for sakewa members to look for sake on the menu even at restaurants that don't seem to have sake 🤣.
Yu🎶, good morning ☔️
The chilled pasta with Hitachiniku beef looks so delicious😍!
I know what you mean about looking at the menu to see if there's any sake available 〰︎🤣
Enjoying the sake and the food in Ibaraki 😆🎶.
Good evening, Tsubu-chan🌙
I'm so happy to be able to enjoy both Hitachiniku beef and local sake 😍 I can't believe how happy I am just by having sake 🥰I'd look for sake on the menu first at any restaurant of any genre 🤣.
Dinner on a short trip, Mito.
Soft taste. A refreshing sweetness like a pear.
I had it cold, and I was right. The mild acidity makes it a good match for any snack...in fact, I think it would be better with a solid side dish.

Inazato's first Shiborisake.
It is bottled as it is in its raw state, and is nigori sake, which is the second fermentation in the bottle.
It had been a little while since the first sip, so the fizziness had settled down, but I enjoyed the slightly sharp taste.
It was creamy and rich.
I would like to pair it with fried food.

This sake is treated as Inazato's separate package. It is said to be a limited edition sake.
This is my first time to drink Inazato itself, so I don't understand the concept.
It is a fresh-brewed sake made from Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It has a clean taste with a slight fruity aroma.
In the photo, it is paired with mozuku, a strong flavor, but it was a good match, so it could be paired with just about anything.
