The menu said that you can compare the taste of cold and heated sake with the same sake, so that's what I asked for! I'm glad I did this 😆⤴️💓
The cold sake tastes sweet first, then the bitterness follows ❗The heated sake tastes like the opposite ('_'?). It's 19 degrees, so it's a little bit 🍶.
