Today, October 26th, is Ishikawa Sake Brewery's October Appreciation Day. There was a lineup of new sake, but Taman Boast still has some autumn sake that I haven't tried yet, so I'll start with that.
So I went for the junmai hiyaoroshi.
The aroma was subdued. Slightly sweet, but with a deep flavor that has been aged over the summer. I might want to warm it up a little...
I felt it! My youth!
I drank it! Tokyo's sake!
Thank you Tokyo Dome!
Have a great time tonight!
I'm burnt out, so I'm going back to Osaka 🚅💨 like an izakaya shinkansen
The opening act, Aztecs, was great 🎵.
I could feel Gotch's love for Oasis!
But the trip home was not as sweet as I thought it would be, Taiman Pride.
I guess I'll be back to reality again tomorrow 🤣.
Good evening, Nemuchi-san. It's great to feel burnt out after the Tokyo expedition 😆 It's also nice to go back to Osaka while tightening your hot heart with a dry and spicy izakaya shinkansen.
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
The front of the line-up was so gorgeous!
I don't know how you managed to get tickets 😳
I want to do Izakaya Shinkansen 🚅.
I'd love to do the izakaya shinkansen 🥙🥙.
Hi Nemuchi, ☀️
I see you went to oasis 🥳I love it ☺️ Aztecs are a perfect opening act too ‼️😆
Let's try to keep it real again while basking in the memories of all the fun we had 🤣.
Hi Hirupeko, good evening. 🌜️ The first day was great, I drank some Tsukishima monja and burned up at the concert 😆 The next day, I climbed the Sky Tree but couldn't see anything due to fog, couldn't see Yui Takano, and tasted not too sweet Tokyo on the way back 🤣.
Good evening, bouken-san. I miraculously won a good seat in the 🌜️1 preliminary lottery 👍Azikan was also great 🎵The izakaya shinkansen was a blast and I almost fell asleep right after eating and drinking 🤣Oasis is the last one 😎.
Masaaki Sapporo-san, good evening, thank you for 🌜️ 🙇 It's not often I get a chance to drink Tokyo sake, so I bought some in a hurry at Tokyo station along with some atte and had an impromptu izakaya shinkansen 🤣.
Good evening Kotaro, I've spent a year to see 🌜️Oasis 😁I'm even more excited to see Aztecs up front 💥 Great night 😆 I'll try my best to come back to reality with some not so sweet drinks 🤣.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃Congratulations on 2000 check-ins ㊗️🎉and Aztecs in the front row,,, I'm too jealous of live Gotch 😂and even more than that, live oasis, you sang in a big chorus, right? It's a dreamy space ✨I'm really jealous 😆.
Good evening, Mr. Wakata, thank you for 🌜️🙇I got excited with a big chorus from Aztecs, and then we had a big screaming chorus at oasis 😆 Raw oasis was Cool and Excellent than drinking raw alcohol 🥳.
Nemuchi-san, congratulations on your 2000 check-ins 🎊🎊, even though it's a little late.
I see that you celebrated the number before the afterglow of Oasis had cooled down 😆👍The pork cutlet sandwich looks delicious too❣️
Good evening, Pon-chan...🌜️ I know I'm late...but thank you 🙇 I found myself drinking and posting a lot of things 😅Tokyo Dome was an unforgettable night and I will continue to enjoy it 😆.

I went to the next city today to buy this taman boast. I had no idea you could buy this in rural Hyogo Prefecture. This is the first sake from Tokyo, I believe.
Chilled well...open the bottle. The color is slightly golden yellow, the aroma...I can't really tell because my nose is stuffed up right now...it tastes sweet, but has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink.
Very tasty 😊.
Many "Hiyoroshi Fair" lined up.
I bought one bottle that I was unsure about.
It is a sake from the capital, Tokyo!
I think the name was mentioned in the sakelabo video.... Somehow I remembered the brand name.
It is a sake that is hard to find in Kansai. Let's have a bottle of the delightful one.
Whoa, is this a umami type? The aroma is like that.
When you drink it, it is not so sweet. It gives the impression of being sharp and dry.
As you drink it, it is fresh and fruity. Hmm, is there sweetness?
It seems to go well with all kinds of food.
*This is the second day. The aroma is fresh and sweet, too.
A summer vacation for a forty year old man. Will it be a good way to end it? Today, Saturday, September 27, my eldest son and I went to Ishikawa Sake Brewery's Appreciation Day. We won the first prize in last month's lottery for purchases over 3,000 yen, and received a Daiginjo cake. I used it as a card to keep my wife in a good mood.
The limited edition sake for this month's Thanksgiving Day is a junmai (pure rice) autumn sake. It has a melon-like aroma with a strong umami and bitterness, and is not too sweet, making it easy to drink. The umami is rich and thick. Although I enjoyed the sweet limited edition sake during the summer, I was reminded how much I like this kind of sake with less sweetness and more umami.
Purchased at a local supermarket.
Tastes like a Japanese sake.
Dry, strong style!
Slightly thicker in the mouth.
It would be better if it had a little more sharpness.
Personal Satisfaction: ★★☆☆☆☆
Tokyo sake. I used to see this sake when I was small, but this may be the first time I've had it myself.
I guess it's a bit dry. Thank you for the sake!
Taman proudly brews its Junmai Namaishu using Tokyo rice and water. Although there is no sake rice produced in Tokyo, Ishikawa Brewery has brewed several sakes using food rice produced in Tokyo. This junmai sake is made with Koshihikari rice. It has a kinako-like aroma. Perhaps because the rice is not polished very much, it is full of complex umami flavor. It's sad that in sake terms it's often called miscellaneous flavor. It's a fluffy junmai sake with a bran-like...or maybe a gentle kinako-like grain type flavor. Delicious - I like this kind of sake.
We went on a sake brewery tour at Ishikawa Sake Brewery, a 5-minute cab ride from Haijima on the Chuo Line from Tokyo. ❤️
We were shown the brewery where they make sake and the brewery where they make beer, and were given detailed explanations and tasting samples. ‼️
At the beer hut, there was a freshly baked pizza and many appetizers made with sakekasu (sake lees), which was really delicious. ❣️
As a souvenir, I bought a bottle of Tamanjumo Hana Ginjo.
It has a very gorgeous aroma and tastes dry and clean, very delicious 😋.
Thank you very much ❣️
I bought this [sweetness-obsessed ⭐︎ mellow junmai ginjo] at Ishikawa Shuzo's Appreciation Day.
Beautiful yellow-green color. The aroma is of the Wasanbon type. The mouthfeel is light and smooth.
The taste is...sweet, this is sweet. It has a sugarcane-like sweetness with no fruitiness. The slightly greenish atmosphere is also cane-like. The finish is austere, so you don't get tired of drinking it.
But how can they serve something different every month? I'm really impressed.
Today is Ishikawa Brewery's Appreciation Day. We received this Junmai Nama-nihonjunshu (pure rice sake) as the third month of the "Stamp Rally"! Stamp Rally], so we had this Junmai Nama Nama Sake.
The lingering summer heat is still very hot, and although I first had a craft beer, Tama no Blessing Pilsner, there was a rather cool breeze, and I could feel the footsteps of autumn. That being the case, we decided to open a bottle of sake as well...so we opened a bottle of this one.
It has a sweet melon aroma. The rich sweetness and umami spreads in the mouth as it thickens. The sweetness has a bitter taste like brown sugar, making it a very strong flavor. It is also delicious on the rocks.
This is the 6th month of participating in the Thanksgiving Day. It was so hot that I was about to give up, but I was right to come.
It seems like I eat dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) every time...
I too participated in the Thanksgiving Day brewery tour yesterday! I see you were able to join us?
I enjoyed it as well!
And it's amazing that it's been 6 months!
