When paired with ankimo (liver) as a side dish, it rinses the palate quickly and has a clear taste with no peculiarities at all. Good as a food sake

Ryokan near Tsurimachi-suji Drink cold Clear and colorless The classic sweet aroma has a slightly bitter smell of alcohol. In the mouth, a strong dryness spreads at once with the umami of rice. The aftertaste is short, and the richness and slight dryness remain for a while. When served with sashimi, the dryness weakens and the richness increases, and it is a perfect food wine that enhances the flavor of the accompaniment.

Reizan sparkling. It was too carbonated to open the cork. I blew out 🤣. It was held in front of Amu Plaza in Kumamoto I bought it at the Autumn Sake Festival (9/15-9/17) held in front of Amu Plaza in Kumamoto. I thought it was sweet and not too sour. Personally, I prefer Sansho.

I'm burning up after eating and drinking whatever I wanted during my birthday week 😑. I had no intention of going to the liquor store, which is rare, but my husband was on a business trip to Kumamoto and bought me some Kumamoto sake that I hadn't tasted yet, so I had a drink: ☺️ There's a 4-pack of Karo, but I was in the mood to not open a 4-pack, so I went with this one from Sandesi😁✨. Not much aroma. It was a little thick in the mouth and had a dried fruit aroma. It was thick but crisp with alcohol. Yeah yeah, I like this kind of sake-like! 😊Delicious💕 I ended up drinking to consume the other sake that was open earlier, and I think I drank about 5 gou in total... 💦. My husband drank all of the shochu (200ml x 3 bottles) in a cute container, which was also a Kumamoto souvenir, while my daughter urged him to open it as soon as possible. I didn't feel refreshed the next day either 😅I thought my sake fever had temporarily subsided 🤣. He's going on another business trip to Shikoku, and I'm going to ask him to buy me some Tokushima that I haven't filled ✨. By the way, it's hard to get Miyazaki and Kagoshima sake even in Kumamoto 😱.

Clear and colorless. Viscosity is slightly light (alc14). The sake-like aroma is strong, and the aroma alone is intoxicating. The first impression is clear with a strong acidity. The flavor is also very umami. A bottle that should be cooled down to a crisp.

I got some Kumamoto sake from a friend of mine ❗️ I'm so happy because I only see Kumamoto in Sandon 😁. The only problem is... it was left at room temperature in this extreme heat 🤣. I'll drink it with a little less expectation😅 The aroma is clear alcohol. It's the kind of aroma you'd find in traditional sake: ☺️ Mouthfeel is not as classic as the aroma, it is quite light 😋. The rice flavor comes through. Then it finishes with a long bitter taste 😋. A solid and delicious sake 🥺. I like the trendy line, but this kind of sake makes me feel like I'm drinking sake 👍 I drank it while eating Muji curry and it was not defeated, if anything it's delicious 🤣 it's good in the mouth with curry 🤣. I drank it over about 4 days and the taste was almost the same, it's a real solid sake ‼️ I tried it at different temperatures, but personally I liked it best at room temperature 🙌 I was betrayed in a good way 😲. It is a wonderful sake that is not affected by being left at room temperature in this extreme heat 🍶. Speaking of betrayal, the number 1 traitor in the Mahjong Club is Mr. Noodle Sake King. Please be careful everyone. ☝️ That guy says kind words but betrays you right away🤣.

The top aroma and the first sip were a little strong and sour, and I thought it might not be good, but it is quite good when drunk with persimmon peas as a snack. It is made from a minor rice called "Jinriki," but the umami of the rice is modest. It seems to be a sake that plays a supporting role and does not interfere with meals. I couldn't stop drinking more sake. Thank you for the sake.
