しんしんSY@Kitami Sake Shop Ginmai
For a two-sake comparison, this sake, also with a blue label, is called Fukkai.
This is the third time this year already!
Kumamoto, Sapporo, and Kitami.
It seems to be on sale nationwide!
Compared to Kangiku Aomi, the sweetness is moderate.
It's a little bit lighter.
My favorite was Kangiku.
I only asked for kimchi and pickled plums!
So I finished up with curry nanban ramen at Sanchan Soba, just like the day before!
Kitami nights are a lot of fun 😀!
Tomorrow we will mow the lawn!
Looking forward to playing a round of golf in a cooler environment instead of the extreme heat: ⛳️

I've been here every day!
After all, they have sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan!
Last night I ordered the one I was interested in, but the Yamanashi sake was sold out.
So I selected two of my favorites!
Kangiku and Fukkai
Summery sky blue label
The aroma has a high ginjo aroma
When you drink it, it is fruity and deliciously sweet!
I love this type after all ❤️
I ate at Hyakumanriki for sure, so I'll have a light one here 💁.
By the way, Hyakumanriki recommended the raw yukke!
I wish I could have had Junmai sake with it!

The second sake I'm interested in
This is the second sake I'm interested in.
The label is cool🙆
Seems to be a collaboration sake with Fist of the North Star.
I visited Kumamoto twice this year, but I have yet to try a brand I've never had before.
The three sakes of the day, all full of aroma!
The sweetness is more moderate than the sweetness of Naruto Tai LED
and a sharp taste!
I drank the last of them with sea urchin and salted squid 🍶.
The meat at Banmonten was also a gem, but we were a bit more hungry, so we left the bar and finished off with Kashiwa Ramen (aka Kashiwa Ramen) at a nearby soba restaurant (Sanchan Soba)!
Tomorrow is the usual cross-industrial association's evening party!
There probably won't be any sake at the party, so I made sure I had some tonight!

Like Rei, who became gray-haired and sharp, and defeated Judas with Nanto Suitori-ken Ouyi, or Flying Hakurei, this junmai ginjo is brewed with limpid mountain water from Aso and polished Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, to give it its brilliant sharpness, soft ginjo aroma, and beautifully rich flavor. The label features a design of a white-haired lei with its increased sharpness. We assure you that you will be "beautiful" with the brilliant flavor produced by Aso!

Looking forward to seeing you at Musashikosugi. しんしんSYThanks, Beksan 😊I'm doing this at my own pace. Sapporo today and Hakodate tomorrow. Looking forward to Musashikosugi at the end of the month 🍶. しんしんSY@Soba Ginmai
Found two kinds of sake I'm interested in in the cold storage.
I'll ask the waitress.
What is this sake with the rainbow pattern 🌈🏳️🌈?
Naruto Tai🍥.
Oh, this is it!
I wanted to drink it🍶🙆
Smells even better than the Horai-iro Otoko I just had 🍎.
The waitress also said this sake is quite sweet!
Sweet and easy to drink!
We had the first course of meat, grilled scallops, sea urchin and salted squid.
They poured a lot of sake in a big glass!
I'm so happy 😃!
I️ have already decided on my next visit!

Tokushima Prefecture has been conducting research to apply this technology to various fields. The "LED Dream Yeast" was born. This rare yeast is used only in sake breweries in Tokushima Prefecture. The tropical and juicy flavor is expressed on the label with a multi-layered colorful motif. Horai純米大吟醸 色おとこ -Lady Killer-純米大吟醸 しんしんSY@Sakeya Ginmai to start a new look in May.
A quick peek into Kitami's nightlife!
Let's have a light barbeque at Banmonjyo and have some sake at Ginmai!
The sign at the entrance says they have sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan!
I entered the store thinking I could map out Okinawa.
Unfortunately, only Okinawa Prefecture has Awamori (Zanba) instead of Sake!
Then let's have something that interests me.
I found a Hourai Shirootoko, which I had never had myself, although I had given it as a gift to a friend in the past and had posted a post about it on Sake-no-wa 💡.
He poured me a cup of it!
Very aromatic!
Great expectations!
The taste is also to my liking!
As the name suggests, it was a sake that everyone would like!
Now, I have some more sake I'm interested in, so I'm going to look in the cold storage and see what I can find 🤫.
