This is an original from Gonoi Sake Brewery and brewed by Akebono Shuzo with a central label. This nigori sake is made with Mizuho Kogane and contains a lot of ori.
The supernatant is sweet, sour, and juicy, with a delicious bitterness in the latter half. The top clear layer alone is delicious with just the right amount of oriki!
Shaking the bottle and stirring it makes it even richer and more fragrant, and you can't stop drinking more.
The balance between fresh, refreshing sweetness and umami-bitterness is very nice, and we have found a high-level nigori sake 😋.
The new sake, Chu, was so good that I opened a bottle of the bag drop that I had stocked up on.
R4BY (2023/3) Arai-bame.
It has a gorgeous pear-like fruit aroma.
It has a light nigori (slight ogoromi) and a nice piquancy.
Sweetness, deliciousness, and juiciness.
I knew it from the beginning, but it is still delicious.
Akebono will release "Tenmei Leap Go" from this year to next year. ‼️
It will be released on December 1 in the order of Aragame, Nakadori, and Hi-ire.
I am looking forward to it, although I am also concerned about the price.
I wanted to try this top of the line gold label, which is polished up to 30% in the bag drop series.
I brought it to the restaurant to celebrate our 5th anniversary 🎉.
It's a sake bar, but I brought my own sake😅She was happy with it, so it's OK, mission accomplished for today.
Sweet ginjo aroma.
No cloudiness.
No muddy taste, beautiful sweetness.
Thank you for the sake.
Continuing from yesterday, the yellow label in the middle
This is a new sake from O, made from rice called Mizuho Kogane. The rice polishing ratio is 65%, and although the difference in sake level and acidity is not known, the specs are very similar to the Tenmei Zero that we drank the other day.
The freshness can be felt from the fragrance of the top.
The mouthfeel has a tangy gasiness, moderate sweetness and umami, and acidity. The finish is acidic and bitter, with a hint of nigori (bitterness and sourness).
This one is also delicious! I feel like I'm not a stranger. Well, that's just the ramblings of a man with a stupid tongue.
I bought two kinds of Chuo this time, and both of them are high-level delicious sake, and you should definitely get them when you visit Aizu!
Thank you very much!
I brought back from Aizu the other day. This is our first meeting.
This is an original sake from Gonoi Sake Brewery in Aizu Sakashita-cho. The brewer is Akebono Shuzo, which brews Tenmei.
It is 6:27 p.m. on a rainy Sunday. We visited the store, where the lights had almost gone out, and asked if it was still safe. I asked if the lights were still on, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were.
I was told that the basic brand was the blue label, and I chose the one recommended by the young master, Arashiguri.
The top aroma was a fresh ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is not so much tangy as gassy and gassy. Clear and fruity sweetness and acidity. The fruity aftertaste is followed by mild acidity and bitterness.
Very tasty!
Although it is a special pure sake, the rice polishing ratio is at the jun-dai class and it is a rough runner. It is not easy to drink.
Thank you very much!
Not satisfied with just Omine, we opened another bottle.
Another bottle of sake from Gonoi Sake Shop.
It is a new sake made from "Mizuho Kogane".
It has a freshness like grapefruit.
It is a little cloudy, with a moderate sweetness, and a sharp, sharp taste with a touch of bitterness coming later.
It would be great with Aizu cuisine.
Good evening, massa. I'm jealous of the ban on new sake in the central part of Japan, as I always choose Tenmei as my new sake 😆 I just wanted to have a cup of Miyazumi and a bowl of horse sashimi 🐴! I was just thinking 🐴.
Hi Hirupeko.
I also got a bottle of Zero at my favorite liquor store on Nov. 1 and opened it immediately. This year's Tenmei Zero was great.
As a Tenmei lover, I couldn't help but open a bottle.
900 check-ins this time (^^)
On this occasion
I will use Sake-no-wa as a reminder from now on, so I will not comment.
I would like to thank all the users who have commented so far. m(_ _)m
However, I will continue my activities on Sake-no-wa.
Thank you very much.
(I may comment on the sake you are interested in...)
The last one was my favorite Fukushima sake, "Tou Fukurodorari".
I bought it even though it's aluzo-sweetened...
I saw it when I left Fukushima and bought silver and bronze.
I bought two of them, No.2 and No.3.
I will open a bottle of Bronze when I have a chance.
I will stock it carefully.
Now, let me preface...
When it is cold, there is almost no standing aroma.
When the temperature rises, it blooms.
Nice ginjo aroma (^^)
When you put it in your mouth... it is very thick.
Even though it is thick, there is no unpleasant taste.
There is no unpleasant taste in the mouth.
As expected of No.2.
It's been a while since I've had this one!
I'm so happy ☺️
I savor it while thinking about Fukushima, which is now far away.
GoonyiGo-san Congratulations on your 900th check-in ㊗ Is the commemorative sake median? It will be a hidden sake of Fukushima. I know you are going to keep this as a memorandum, but I am curious about what kind of sake you drank, so please give it to us.
Thank you, Sashiu-san.
Since Fukushima was a long time ago, I decided to make the commemorative sake "O".
Sake is a luxury item, so even if you write down your own taste buds, each person will feel differently, so I think you should taste it for yourself.
Hi GoonyiGo😃.
Congratulations on your 900 check-in ㊗️🎉!
I can feel your passion for Fukushima sake 🍶🥹 Enjoy your sakewa activities 👋.
If you get any comments, I'm sure you had a good time drinking sake!
Congratulations on your 900 check-ins 🎉🎊!
I hope to visit Fukushima someday and taste it myself 😊Please continue to enjoy the activities of Sake-no-wa 🎶.
Congratulations on your 900 check-ins, GoonyiGoonyi🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉㊗️🎊
I see you can turn it into a reminder 😭.
If I get a comment, I'll just say it was a very good drink 😁.
Thank you, Jay & Nobii.
The O is delicious 😋 If you get a chance to try it, drink it.
I have not been able to keep up with the updates on the sakewa. Due to the many things I missed.
I have decided to make it a forget-me-not.
Thank you, Pon-chan.
It's been 8 months since I left Fukushima, but Fukushima is great. I will miss Northeast.
Chu is worth drinking!
I will continue to post on Sake-no-wa...
Thank you, T.KISO.
I will keep checking the users I follow.
Enjoy your drinks (comments?). I'll be tweaking to the next one. (^^)
I look forward to working with you in the future.
Haruei Chichi, I am ashamed to say that I was finally 900.
I've experienced corona and taste sensation, but I'm not in my right mind yet.
It may get better or worse. I may put in my impressions as I please, but when I do, please be patient with me....
Good evening, Goonyi Go!
Congratulations on your 900 check-in!
Somehow I missed it 🥲.
Still haven't got your taste buds back yet?
Take good care of yourself 😚.
Thank you, bebe...the aftereffects are deep-rooted. I have to take various 🍶 for rehabilitation.
Please come to Fukushima again.
I will show you around this time.
Thanks to the rich umami mouthfeel typical of Aizu and the cleanness typical of Gohyakumangoku, only a good portion of the five-year-aged richness is present. It also has a grapefruit-like acidity and a slight effervescence. Delicious.
Active nigor that is already no longer active.
When the schwar is gone, it tastes sweet and robust.
I guess a sweeter base is better for soda.
The flavor is also strong and melon-like.
It used to be light when the soda was still available.
Rare bronze label, revived after a three-year absence
The rice is polished to 37% Yamada-Nishiki produced locally in Kitakata, Japan.
Sweet aroma like pineapple and peach
Extremely gorgeous!
Aroma is also very rich and thick.
Rich and thick.
Tropical fruity and loose
When you drink only the top clearings
Shuwa shuwa gas feeling
Juicy😋 sweetness and flavor
Rich aroma like tropical fruit gives the illusion of being heavy
There is a citrusy bitterness in the aftertaste
It makes me feel more refreshed.
When mixed, the aroma becomes lighter and the taste becomes sweeter.
the aroma becomes lighter
Mild mouthfeel and soft flavor
Almost no bitterness
Delicious! The middle is the best!
Always makes me want more!
Too bad 😥 this was the last bottle!
Looks like the new R4BY is on sale!
I really want to buy a plane ticket and fly there 😂
superbebe, konbanhā!
O da ❣️
It's delicious (*´༥`*)♡!
I've been meaning to go buy some but haven't been able to make it 🥺.
It takes me 5 hours 🚗³₃ highway 😭
The aroma is fruity, like grapefruit.
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a rounded, gentle sweetness that is blended with a complex umami and bitterness that comes into play early on.
This accent has a big impact, but it is elegant and beautiful from start to finish.
The aftertaste is light and moderate and makes you want to drink it one after another.
It is a very tasty bottle, beautiful but drinkable enough!
