Today, it is a limited edition for the leap year of the central government! It is made with 30% Yamadanishiki polished in Fukuro-hashidare. It is a sake at the level of a competition! The aroma is pineapple and peach (^o^), and it is very fruity, but not that fruity. When you drink it, it has sweetness and slight carbonation! From there, there is sourness and a moderate bitterness! Then comes the umami that is typical of Yamadanishiki, and the aftertaste is firm as well. It is rare to find a sake that is so Yamadanishiki-like! This sake is well-balanced and truly delicious. I want to drink it forever.

I found out that a white kirin (called Sakumei) visits shrines all over Japan every new moon, and that the shrine where Sakumei is currently staying is "Kanazawa Kuronuma Shrine" in Matsukawa-cho, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. I am not a religious person, but I read that the shrine has power, and it is not far from my house, so I visited the shrine as soon as possible.
I am not a psychic, so I could not see anything, but I could feel the sacred atmosphere. There was a zelkova tree with a trunk that looked to be about 8 meters in circumference, which gave me a lot of power.
