The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival 10
Manzairaku" booth.
I always see this brewery at the local supermarket, but I don't have much of a chance to drink it.
◉Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Zuke Nama Sake
A very balanced sake with a nice, clean taste, but with a hint of umami.
◉Kiku no Shizuku Junmai Ginjo
Made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro. A little spicy and refreshing.
Hyakumangoku No Shiro Junmai Daiginjo
A fruity but slightly sweet sake with a hint of bitterness.
It is a good choice for a mid-meal drink, rather than a sweet sake.

Manzairaku, a sake brewery that is a member of the Japan Famous Sake Association, but not often seen
We drank
Hiyoroshi Junmai Ginjo Nama Zuke
The acidity and umami were well-balanced and delicious!
Hyakumangoku No Shiro Junmai Daiginjo
Gorgeous and slightly sweet. Insistence is modest.
Kiku no Shizuku Junmai Ginjyo
More subdued taste than Jun Daiginjo
As the brewer said, it is a food sake concept, so the sake plays a supporting role in the overall taste.
Manzairaku Jin
Kobori Sake Brewery
It has a robust, thick, dry taste.
I drink it cold because it is summer, but I think it is delicious even if it is heated.
It is a delicious bottle that is worth drinking.

The sake was just as I had imagined! It was just as I had imagined.
It is dry, but not too strong.
It is not heavy and spicy, but rather light and refreshingly dry, making it perfect for a mid-meal drink this time of year 😊.
It seems to go well with all kinds of food.
It was still a hard liquor for me to drink on its own💦.
I thought it was a beautiful color. It has little habit and is very sharp. The sweetness and spiciness are a good match, although there is little aftertaste.
From the first sip, a gorgeous, firm rice sweetness typical of junmai ginjo runs through the mouth. There is a slight spike of alcohol, but that is also good for an everyday evening sake.
I met this sake on a trip to Kanazawa. It is just so fruity, and the aroma is just like banana itself🍌🍶.
The sweetness spreads out and it's like drinking banana milk, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and clean. It feels much sweeter than the actual Sake level.
It was served with local sashimi. Lots of fish from the Sea of Japan whose names I had never heard before🐟.
