大字なばI was drawn in by the gorgeous aroma that came suddenly, and enjoyed the mild rice flavor that eventually appeared.
It is a beautifully flavored sake.
KojiIt has a crisp and refreshing throat,
The first mouthfeel is mild and elegant.
Perhaps it is the divine virtues of Okuninushi.
Brewed in Izumo, aspiring to Fuji.
The honesty of the land of the divine month.

Next, here it is.
I borrowed the label image from the internet 😅.
It's supposed to be super spicy, but my dull tongue is not as good as it should be.
It's not sweet, but the spiciness gives it depth 🤔.

KazuIt's been a long time since I've had a sake called "super-harsh".
It's a little sweeter than I thought it would be, despite the sake level.
Refreshing and refreshing!
Delicious!

Slight sourness from sweetness and umami
Sake that goes down smoothly with a hint of sourness from the sweetness and umami.
It is a sake that goes well with food.
It's fattening.

First Izumo sake!
Uitatekoso gives the impression of a calm, rice-derived grain aroma.
Despite the rice polishing ratio of 70%, the lingering aroma is reminiscent of yogurt rather than a cloying taste.
After the umami taste, a refreshing bitterness sets it off, so it is best served cold 🤔.
I thought this sake was like a combination of Kaoru-shu and Mochu-shu (I was also having a lot of cups, so I am not sure if I was able to feel the fine flavors...)
しんしんSYA friend of mine informed me a while ago that he had drunk Izumo Fuji and that it was delicious.
I found Izumo Fuji with a red label, though the specs are different.
Bon appétit!
This one is also a little dry!
