The color is slightly yellowish.
The aroma and the hints of aroma are exquisitely difficult to describe, and while the aroma is of calm grain and cheese, the degree of these gives the impression of a work in progress, with a future still to come.
However, considering the release timing of the brewery, this is probably the best decision, and the balance that exists at this moment is certainly precious.
If I were to speculate, I would say that the timing of the release was calculated backwards from the price. On the other hand, if it is said that the release was timed at a certain point, I have no choice but to believe it.
There is a long way to go, but this balance is only available now, and this balance has a value that will not be found before or after, so it is a bottle that is easy to find the meaning of trying.
And needless to say, it is simply delicious!
