The wine is made from the following ingredients
Source of rice: 100% Yamadanishiki
Percentage of polished rice: 50
Fermenter: Association No. 901
Japanese Sake Degree: -0.3
Acidity: 2.0
Alcohol content: 15.8
This is a limited edition sake brewed by the brewers in Shimane Prefecture on a trial basis.
This purple label uses Roots36 as the koji mold. The only difference from the pink label is the koji mold.
It has a citrus aroma. The color is clear. The acidity spreads in the mouth. There is a faint sweetness in the aftertaste. If the acidity were a little weaker and the sweetness stronger, it would be more to my liking. This sake is also delicious cold 😋.

This is Mr. Akigumo, whose existence I learned about when I received Summer Cloud 🤗.
I received this one on October 1!
Normally Tuesdays are a day off for drinking, but as soon as we got home, Nobby said, "I've got something to drink on the menu 😊" and the dinner table was ready for a drink!
Of course she did! Because 10/1 is Sake Day, we can't help but drink. And Jay

I'll make love to you! I'm not sure if it's a good thing that I'm not a fan of the sake or not, but it's a good thing that I'm not a fan of the sake.
I heard it can also be served warmed! I was told before I drank it that it could be heated up, but I finished it cold before I had a chance to warm it up 😙.
Now that Izumo Fuji is done with Akigumo, it's time for Yukigumo! It's our last year's Nigori Festival Champion Sake 👋.
And I wonder why there is no Harukumo🌸 which we want to have after Yukigumo 🤔I wonder if they will release a new one 🤗 in response to the demand!

In front of hagi sashimi (with liver) and shime saba (mackerel), I asked the restaurant staff for a refreshing dry sake, and they served it to me.
It is crisp, but also somewhat mellow.
Chopsticks go right along with it, and you can't help but gulp it down.
Sake with a refreshing taste is also good, isn't it?
