Commentary.
This bottle is characterized by the mild aroma derived from No. 6 yeast and the freshness that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can offer.
When you put it in your mouth, it is light and refreshing at first. It is a deeply flavored sake with a sourness, a voluptuous umami, and a sharpness.
SUPPIN" - Junmai-shu as it was born
This fresh sake is bottled as it comes out of the tank. It is named "Suppin" because it is unfiltered, carbon-free, additive-free, and unpasteurized.
It has a taste that will not betray you. It is delicious.
Trays? What's that good for?
It was the perfect reward for my hard work!
I had it cold and it was so easy to drink!
I am not good at describing the taste!
I can't describe it as "bananas" or "nuts" or "fullness of rice" like everyone else at Sake-no-Wawa!
But anyway, it was delicious and made me happy, so I'm glad I drank this sake today!
For those of you who worked during the Obon vacations and those of you who enjoyed your vacations during the Obon vacations, I wish you a delicious sake Kanpai 🍶✨!
Package, you changed.
The last of the day.
Yamadanishiki and Hachitanishiki.
The first half of the bottle has a fresh umami and acidity.
The mid-part of the bottle is medium-bodied, with a hint of zing and umami.
The slightly dry finish is followed by a lingering aftertaste.
It took me 20 minutes to open the bottle because of the great effervescence! It is a cloudy sake, but because of the effervescence, it does not have a sloshing feeling and is delicious with a refreshing taste.
