Junmai Ginjo Arigarami Nama Genshu
Gin Ginga 50% polished rice
16% alcohol by volume
Little aroma, apple, banana, cucumber.
Strong carbonic acidity, lots of sweetness, a little bitterness.
There is no aroma of oranges.
The taste is crisp and easy to drink.
The melon aroma is quite strong and sweet, but at 16 degrees, the body is very strong 😊The end result has a bit of bitterness, so you can enjoy the complex flavor 😆.
On my map of Japan, Iwate Prefecture is still blank.
There are a number of famous sakes in Iwate, so I thought I could always fill it up, but in the end I couldn't decide what to drink, so it stayed until now😎.
While I was doing that, I saw an unfamiliar label at my favorite liquor store!
The shop owner told me that it hadn't been in for a while and I bought it immediately.
Long time no see and limited will kill you in a blink of an eye😅.
The aroma is a refreshing ginjo scent!
It has a distinct yellow tinge😲.
I'll take a bite😄.
The spiciness jumped into my throat at once😁.
The taste is clean and clear without any cloudiness ☺️.
The spiciness stays, but a slight sweetness springs up on the tongue.
It tastes like a little lick of Chelsea!
As a food wine, it would go well with a lot of things ☺️.
The #Hakuban Jun-Gin Unfiltered Raw Sake from Iwate-grown Gin Gin Shuzo, Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture. The rice for this sake is Iwate Gingin, and the yeast is from Yūko's heart. It's an all-Iwate sake. The aroma is mild and fruity, reminiscent of mandarin oranges, just like the color of the label. You can feel the gentle chilliness on your tongue and it is fresh. It's been a while since I've had one, but it's so good 😊.
Beautiful and slightly hard.
Pure Iwate made with the wishes of Iwate Ginotome and Iwate yeast.
I'm glad that more and more people are trying this kind of thing.
When I thought it might be a good time to have soba noodles, I wanted to eat soba noodles.
Go To Iwate! Last day at Morioka Bistro Unmesu
It was a happy trip to drink a lot of high quality sake from Iwate Prefecture.
I admire their attitude of continuing to make sake with a spirit of improvement and not being overwhelmed by difficulties.
I could feel the strength and kindness in the sake.
I want to come on a drinking trip again next year.
Thank you for your drinking trip, bap ✨
I think it's a lot of work to write a review for each and every drink you drink. It was very helpful to read it 😊 I want to go on a drinking trip too! Southward, the🏝.
Thank you, Mariponu , for that.
I used to be satisfied with just taking pictures, but now that I've started writing my impressions, I'm enjoying them more. I can't quite match Mariponu's commentary skills though 😅.
