I've been busy with work lately, so I've been late in posting this sake😅.
I was looking at the shelves of the liquor store thinking that I have never bought Iwate sake except Akatake and Nanbu Bijin, when I found a label I have never seen before❗️.
According to the brewery's website, it's a limited distribution product, but this is the first time I've seen it 😝.
The flavor, acidity, and aroma are all mild❣️.
At first, it was like drinking good water for a moment.
On the second day, it blossomed a bit but the mild impression remained the same 🫡.
I expected this sake to have a bit more punch because it's a nama sake, but I was wrong 😝.
I don't know, overall it's all together at a high level, but I'm not sure what kind of sake this is.
It's hard to explain what kind of sake this is when asked, so I guess there might be different likes and dislikes.
It is not a first drink, but rather a drink to be enjoyed slowly after the meal has finished and you have settled down to a certain extent.
