Calbee and Fukushima Prefecture's collaboration for the third stage!
This time it's Suehiro Sake Brewery!
They say it's "Amai" (sweet), but... well, what do you think?
Well... this is sweet!
The sweetness comes first, followed by a slight bitterness that refreshes the palate!
As the temperature rises, the overall taste becomes rounder, and a light sourness can be felt at the same time.
The sweetness is just as I imagined it would be, but it's not too strong, and it's not too bitter, so I think it would be fine even during a meal.
By the way, the label shows mysterious characters drinking together... what are these guys?
I've been getting so many gifts lately, it's hard to get to the stock I bought myself...! (Thank goodness...!) This time it was a set of 6 small bottles of Asoe Nama Sake...! A choice I could not have made myself...! But still, I like the sake...! I've already emptied 3 bottles...! LOL!
At Shinbashi Sake-no-doro-Shinme
The Fukushima Sake Festival was not enough with the time limit (60 minutes), so we stopped by Shinme, a well-known sake bar!
Delicious caramelized sake!
Fukushima Prefecture
Oh!
Clear and colorless, with aromas of cooked rice, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity, a mild sweetness, and a rather long finish.
This time, the drinking iron was from Aizu Wakamatsu on the way back from a business trip.
Although it is a reconstructed castle tower, it is a magnificent red-tiled castle tower.
I think the day will come when it will become a cultural asset like Osaka Castle. I think it will one day become a cultural asset like Osaka Castle.
At a restaurant near the castle, I had a bowl of pork cutlet rice topped with kozuyu (soy sauce and soy sauce) and sake!
This kozuyu with lots of ingredients is delicious 😋!
The sake is so smooth that it goes right through your tongue when you drink it, but the aroma spreads in your mouth!
Delicious!
Started drinking at 13°c.
Slightly sweet rice aroma.
The spiciness comes gradually in the soft sweetness.
The taste is clean and refreshing.
Slightly spicy without being too sweet.
Comparing sake from Fukushima.
While eating Kitakata Ramen...delicious.
My first impression was Nekoma no Shizuku by Suehiro Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu City, which I liked ♥ for its fresh fruit-like sweetness and the spiciness of its alcohol...
But after the second sip, perhaps due to my drunkenness, I enjoyed all of them, saying they were delicious and tasty.
I drank this after Mutsu Hachisen.
Suehiro with a sense of stability! The sweetness spreads after the sweetness. The taste is just the right amount of spicy and crisp. It is delicious!
