When I ordered Bikuyo, it was sold out, so I was introduced to a brand with a similar taste. It tasted fresh and had a slight effervescence, which I personally liked.
Undiluted, 13 degrees.
Aroma of young green melon, which is said to be reminiscent of fresh green.
The bitterness is accented by the flavor of young green melon.
Drinking at home today, Nakashimaya, a local sake from Shunan.
A bottle with a pear-like sweet and sour taste and a surprisingly strong gassy taste 🍐.
It was a perfect bottle for this season with its low alcohol content of 13% and refreshing taste. 🙆♂️
Delicious.
A hint of sweetness in a clean feeling.
The fullness in the mouth.
This must be the flavor of rice.
It is truly a delicious junmai ginjo sake.
This is my first time to drink Nakashimaya. I opened the bottle thinking it would be a summer sake. Oh, it's dark! It is thick! It has umami, alcohol, acidity, and rice flavor. I personally like it 😊.
The more I drink, the more the umami becomes familiar and the more I drink👍.
It's different from today's summer sake with a light acidity, and when it's hot, the sake tastes thick and delicious! Thank you for the food 😄.
Fresh aroma 🍎Sweetness and sourness like apple
Sweet and sour like apple 🍎.
Definitely overflowing with freshness 😆.

Aftertaste is also refreshing 👍️
