And this time, I tried a sake that celebrates the spring season.

The smell is a faint Alc malt odor. When you drink it, it has an acid attack on the tip of the tongue and a sour-sweet taste.

The onset of bitterness and the sensation of the acidity melting away are pleasant.
The sweet-savory taste is also gradually seeping in, but overall the acidity is strong.

The sweet and delicious taste is best at this stage.

The bitter taste is still there, but it is not insufficient due to the residual sweet-odd taste and acidity.
