Fresh sake flesh! (How many times? )
Surprisingly robust? I think the name is pulling me in... It's a junmai-shu, but it's pretty clean. A little sweet. I've never seen this sake before, but it was fortuitous. Isn't the drinking order perfect this time?
Ryuban.
I could read it, but not the meaning...?
Ryu Ban Huju?
We don't see this brand very often.
My first impression is that it has a rich taste like Nabeshima.
It might be interesting to drink it blind... (^^)
Yamada Nishiki is wonderful. Is this a junmai-shu of 60% polished rice?
The acidity is moderate, and it is sweet and mellow full-bodied.
It has an alcohol content of 17°, but you don't feel much alcohol.
I recommend it even though it is not famous.
Good evening 🌆, Mr. Goniego.
I've never heard or seen this sake at all.
I've never heard of it or seen it before, but I'm fascinated by the mellow sweet full-bodied taste similar to Nabeshima.
I'm sure you'll find it interesting.
Good morning, Haruei Chichi. I selected this as a tying-in for my Genma purchase. Honestly, I was surprised because I did not expect much. The sake world is really deep (^^)
Good evening 😆.
I wonder if this sake brewery is more famous for Hideyoshi as a brand?
I️ have an image that Junmaishu is better than Ginjo-shu.
You can find it here quite often😄.
Sorry for the late reply!
You two are correct. Hideyoshi is more famous than Ryuban. It seems that Ryuban is sold in a limited number of liquor stores. The longer the bottle is opened, the more the taste degrades, so you can't enjoy it for long.
It's been so long since I've eaten out that I can't even remember.
Every bite of this Ryu Coat has a taste that goes beyond the realm of sake. I drank it while chewing on various things.
Jun Gin Miyamanishiki
Hmmm. The aroma and acidity are habitual. Moyan. Dusty. Sweetness and sourness are a habit. It has a sharpness, so this kunyon doesn't linger. It is a changeable sake. 85 points
Sweetness:3.3
Aroma:3
Dryness:2.7

I totally jacked it up, it's a liquor called Dragon Coiling!
I looked it up after I bought it, and it seems there are hardly any stores that carry it, and even on Sake no Wa there are only a few posts on it, so it felt like a bargain!
The aroma is fruity like pineapple, and when you put it in your mouth, the mellow rice flavor and sweetness of Yamadanishiki spreads out, and then you feel the bitterness and alcohol, and it finishes off! It's only 17 degrees for an unblended sake!
Ryukoto Junmai-Shu (unprocessed sake)
A sense of alcohol and sweetness of ginjo
When you drink it, you'll get the punch and sweetness and aroma that is typical of an unpasteurized sake
You can feel the alcohol in the air and it's gentle and sharp.
They say it's a rare brew, but it's good.

According to the shopkeeper, it's not an Akita sake. Akita sake is sweet and light, which is the exact opposite of what you would expect from an Akita.
The flavor of this sake hits you right away. The rice flavor and sweetness coexist, but the aftertaste is not harsh. It has 17% alcohol content because it is an unpasteurized sake, so I drank it easily. But it is an unprocessed sake, so it has 17% alcohol content.
It's from the brewery Shu-Yoshi. I bought it because I had been interested in it for a while. I was curious about it for a while, so I bought it. I got the impression that it was a fruity dry taste. The aroma is hard to believe it's a junmai sake. 60%, so it must be a ginjo-shu.
It's called "Ryuban".
Raw material : Yamadanishiki Akita Komachi
Rice polishing ratio : 50%.
Yeast used : KHK 1801
Sake meter reading : +3.0
Acid level : 1.6
The appearance is colorless and transparent. There is a fruity aroma of ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and acidity of fruits like melon and the deliciousness of rice spread in the mouth. It was as good as the rumors say.
I saw it at a sake store and was curious about it, so I bought it.
I didn't know this brand of sake, but Suzuki Shuzo, the brewer, is known as the brewer of "Shuoshi" from Akita.
I heard that this is a limited edition sake brand for the 30 or so local breweries in Japan, and it is very rare.
The wine has a yellowish colour.
The nose is rich and powerful.
In the mouth it is very rich and troubling.
The taste is reminiscent of a pineapple. It has a solid taste as a pure sake. It has a deep and savory taste. On the second day, the taste became more rounded and easy to drink.
Right now, it seems to be gaining recognition, albeit in small quantities. I think there is a possibility that it could become a nationwide hit in the future. I chose this drink on a hunch, and I'm glad I was able to drink it.
