Memorandum (for record of drinking)
At the standing bar of Yamacho Sake Shop
We happened to be standing next to each other and we were drinking a regular's recommended sake 🍶.
(We became friends at the new sake event at the end of January) 😄
It's like an easy to drink version of Taishinshu Teuchi.
A very tasty and well-balanced sake 🍶.
As expected from a regular 👍, delicious sake 🍶.

I have never seen or heard of this sake.
I have an image of Tōhoku sake as being very floral, but this Ryūboin is not floral at the moment it enters the mouth, but rather sweet.
But this Ryuban is sweet, not glamorous, and when you put it in your mouth, you start to smell the subtle Tohoku aroma.
I don't know what it is that I want to drink, and if you ask me whether I like it or not, I don't like it.
I didn't have anything in particular in mind, and while I was shopping at a liquor store, the guy next to me said "Excuse me" and took this one without hesitation, so I bought it 😅 because I had never had this brand before.
I forgot to take a picture of it, but it was amber in color and full of richness before drinking 😁.
I thought it was sweet contrary to my expectation, but then the alcohol taste came with a caramelized sweet bitterness and umami flavor.
It's sweet and heavy, and a little bit bitter, but it makes you want to drink more and more.

Fruity and sweet, very well balanced with a guttural spiciness, and the sake aroma remains until the end. It has 17% alcohol by volume, but is very easy to drink and delicious😋.
I recommend Ryu-bojing.
＜Powerful, sweet and bitter, but beautiful.
The color is a faint yellow, which can be recognized even in tin liquor vessels.
There is not much aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and thick. But the next moment, the rich sweet and bitter alcohol opens up at once. It is powerful!
Both sweetness and bitterness come largely from the aged caramel and alcohol. But there is also a rich sweetness from the honey.
The alcohol is 17 degrees, but it feels stronger than that. But it is not unpleasant at all. The sweet and bitter alcohol flavor fills the mouth, and the alcohol aftertaste is irritating. But before you know it, only the sweetness remains, and somehow it gives a beautiful impression. Yum!
This sense of alcohol is this sake's strong point. Amazing!
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be the Grand Mamare from "Ponyo on the Cliff. As the name suggests, she is beautiful and scary, Ponyo's great mother. She is the queen of the sea, too big and awe-inspiring but very beautiful.
