Ryuko Coiled Junmai Sake YAMADANISHIKI 60%, 17%, 720 ml, 2,650 yen? (1518 yen) A great sake was sent to us by a friend in Akita. The name of the sake is "Ryuban", a serious sake from Suzuki Shuzoten, the brewer of "Shuyoshi". Even the label is full of enthusiasm. There is a price sticker on the bottle, but it costs a hefty 2,650 yen! Oh, it's already a hit from the aroma. The first sip of the bottle. Oh, wow. Thick and juicy. The fruitiness is like the middle of a pineapple and a melon. Gorgeous flavor. The aftertaste has a pleasant bitterness like an herb. This herbal taste may not be for some people. If you keep drinking it, it will become a little stale, so it is best suited for the first drink. According to the information on the Internet, it is a slightly dry sake, but the sweetness is more easily perceived. If you are eating, the fruity taste can be a little distracting. When heated, it is quite good. The characteristics come out fully, and the acidity increases. I looked it up later and found the regular price to be 1518 yen, which tastes like a 2000 yen premium sake. I wonder if the price sticker was raised because it is reputed to be harder to find than Shinsei. Rating 4.3 20220107

A limited edition sake from Suzuki Shuzo. In the mouth, one senses a deep rice flavor and a spread of melon-like sweetness. The aftertaste is a gusto of alcohol, and you can enjoy its lingering aftertaste even after drinking. The alcohol content is a bit high for a sake in its original state, but perhaps this is due to its characteristic sweetness, making it very easy to drink. This sake is delicious on its own, but I thought it would also go well with tuna sashimi, red liver, and pasta with a lot of garlic. I would like to drink it again.

Fresh sake flesh! (How many times? ) Surprisingly robust? I think the name is pulling me in... It's a junmai-shu, but it's pretty clean. A little sweet. I've never seen this sake before, but it was fortuitous. Isn't the drinking order perfect this time?

Ryuban. I could read it, but not the meaning...? Ryu Ban Huju? We don't see this brand very often. My first impression is that it has a rich taste like Nabeshima. It might be interesting to drink it blind... (^^) Yamada Nishiki is wonderful. Is this a junmai-shu of 60% polished rice? The acidity is moderate, and it is sweet and mellow full-bodied. It has an alcohol content of 17°, but you don't feel much alcohol. I recommend it even though it is not famous.

Good evening 🌆, Mr. Goniego. I've never heard or seen this sake at all. I've never heard of it or seen it before, but I'm fascinated by the mellow sweet full-bodied taste similar to Nabeshima. I'm sure you'll find it interesting.

Good morning, Haruei Chichi. I selected this as a tying-in for my Genma purchase. Honestly, I was surprised because I did not expect much. The sake world is really deep (^^)

Good evening 😆. I wonder if this sake brewery is more famous for Hideyoshi as a brand? I️ have an image that Junmaishu is better than Ginjo-shu. You can find it here quite often😄.

Good evening again. ♪ I see. Is it the brewery of Hideyoshi? I've been drinking a lot at the ♨♨ Hotel "Yupopo" 💦.

Sorry for the late reply! You two are correct. Hideyoshi is more famous than Ryuban. It seems that Ryuban is sold in a limited number of liquor stores. The longer the bottle is opened, the more the taste degrades, so you can't enjoy it for long.

It's been so long since I've eaten out that I can't even remember. Every bite of this Ryu Coat has a taste that goes beyond the realm of sake. I drank it while chewing on various things.

Jun Gin Miyamanishiki Hmmm. The aroma and acidity are habitual. Moyan. Dusty. Sweetness and sourness are a habit. It has a sharpness, so this kunyon doesn't linger. It is a changeable sake. 85 points Sweetness:3.3 Aroma:3 Dryness:2.7 Acidity:3

I totally jacked it up, it's a liquor called Dragon Coiling! I looked it up after I bought it, and it seems there are hardly any stores that carry it, and even on Sake no Wa there are only a few posts on it, so it felt like a bargain! The aroma is fruity like pineapple, and when you put it in your mouth, the mellow rice flavor and sweetness of Yamadanishiki spreads out, and then you feel the bitterness and alcohol, and it finishes off! It's only 17 degrees for an unblended sake!

Ryukoto Junmai-Shu (unprocessed sake) A sense of alcohol and sweetness of ginjo When you drink it, you'll get the punch and sweetness and aroma that is typical of an unpasteurized sake You can feel the alcohol in the air and it's gentle and sharp. They say it's a rare brew, but it's good.

left label According to the shopkeeper, it's not an Akita sake. Akita sake is sweet and light, which is the exact opposite of what you would expect from an Akita. The flavor of this sake hits you right away. The rice flavor and sweetness coexist, but the aftertaste is not harsh. It has 17% alcohol content because it is an unpasteurized sake, so I drank it easily. But it is an unprocessed sake, so it has 17% alcohol content.

It's from the brewery Shu-Yoshi. I bought it because I had been interested in it for a while. I was curious about it for a while, so I bought it. I got the impression that it was a fruity dry taste. The aroma is hard to believe it's a junmai sake. 60%, so it must be a ginjo-shu.
