I totally jacked it up, it's a liquor called Dragon Coiling!
I looked it up after I bought it, and it seems there are hardly any stores that carry it, and even on Sake no Wa there are only a few posts on it, so it felt like a bargain!
The aroma is fruity like pineapple, and when you put it in your mouth, the mellow rice flavor and sweetness of Yamadanishiki spreads out, and then you feel the bitterness and alcohol, and it finishes off! It's only 17 degrees for an unblended sake!
