It was sweet and tasty and had a more lingering taste than the previous two types. Everything recommended at the restaurant was delicious and matched the izakaya dishes.
Lightly cloudy. I did not buy it last year. The year before last, I drank this one, and it brought back memories of how delicious it was, so I bought it.
There was also a hi-ire sake, but I was on a tight budget for two, so I asked the owner for his recommendation and he said, "Nama-zake is by far the best.
The aroma of lactic acid bacteria was refreshing, and the taste was pineapple-like. It also has a sharp taste. It was delicious.

Yamawa Sake Brewery, Kami County, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan
As the name suggests, this junmai sake is recommended for warming up.
We first drank it as it is. It is a delicious dry junmai sake.
The second cup was heated to human skin! Amazing aroma, sweetness and umami spread. It has turned into another sake.
I also tried it hot, but personally I prefer it warmed up to human skin, as it gives the most gentle rice flavor.

This "Hiyoroshi Yacho" is an autumn-only product that has been matured in a tank for one summer. It is a relatively light hiyaoroshi with a fresh aroma and elegant flavor that is typical of Yamawa. Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is used as the raw material and brewed with Miyagi yeast. Despite the impression of its modern label, it is a bottle with a solid core and high quality flavor. Please enjoy it sipping it in the long autumn evenings.
Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu from Yamawa in Miyagi Prefecture❗️
The color is a light nigorigo with a slight whitish tinge❗️The aroma is slightly sweet❗️After a sip, there is a thick tingling sensation on the tongue, followed by an astringency❗️❗️Good as a food sake❗️
