It has a faint sweetness, followed by sourness, astringency, and a unique aroma that I can't quite put my finger on.
As the label says, it was one of the spiciest (i.e., less sweet) sakes I have ever had.
I would like to try other sakes from the same brewery.

Aroma reminiscent of rich sweetness, like chocolate banana. Mild bitterness and sourness from the crisp mouthfeel. It sharply sharpens with spiciness and umami along with a refreshing hint of fragrance.
Although there is a hint of sweetness at the beginning, the overall flavor is sharp and can be easily matched with food. It is also good to drink by itself.

Tokubetsu Junmai Nakadori Genshu, domestic rice, 60%, 16%, +3
Complex taste with sweetness, acidity and spiciness. Despite its complexity, it is fresh and easy to drink.
Special Junmai, Nakadori. Sweet ❗️ with a clean aftertaste. The mouthfeel is light, but it disappears smoothly down the throat.
Still, you can feel the rich umami.
