When I told the restaurant staff that I prefer light and dry, they served it to me as a recommendation 🗻. It has a clean mouthfeel and a crisp acidity. Compared to other sake I had had up to that point, it was really crisp! I was a little surprised at the light and refreshing type of sake. I enjoyed it very much.

Red Bakuren My personal all-time favorite drink 🍶. The spiciness of the alcohol gives it a kick! The spiciness of the alcohol comes with a bang. It has a sharp but fruity taste with a full aftertaste. Maybe it's because I like it so much, but for some reason I can't help but drink it without hesitation.

I selected it because of the cute naming 🫎🌸 It has a refreshing taste with no strange tang. I could drink it like water 🍶. It has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink anyway.

Fruity but not too sweet and not boring to drink. My father said he liked it better than Keitora. 👨🏻 A sake with just the right amount of flavor that you can keep drinking forever. The first impression of the aroma is mild and elegant with a fruity sweetness. It may not be enough for those who like light and dry sake(?). It may not be enough for those who like light and dry sake.

Karak ‼︎ 😮🧨 I personally felt like it wasn't so much 😮🧨, but it was rather spicy(?). Not too heavy, crisp and easy to drink🍶. It was the sharp type I like to drink during the hot summer months: ⚔️

Slam dunk🏀⛹️ aroma is refreshing with a slight sweetness. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a new one or not, but it's a good idea.
