Nagura Sake Shop
On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶.
We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake.
First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁.
I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled...
When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor.
And a good amount of spiciness...
It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.
Steaming Hot Kai ✨
Sukkiri! Goes best with sakura shrimp ♡.
I thought it would be better not to warm it up, but we compared.
I thought it would be better not to warm it up, but I compared it with this one! It's better to warm it up hot and make it more stimulating than steaming it up 🍶.
the world is delicious
Slight aroma, soft attack. The taste is calm and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
At Izu-no-Hana, Higashi Izu.
Accompanied by abalone shabu-shabu. I am satisfied. I guess I was satisfied.

This sake was given to us by a friend.
It has a slightly sweet taste with a long sake-like aftertaste.
It is a good sake to drink little by little. I think it is delicious.

Thursday's Takashimaya Sake Festival(*)
I caught a glimpse of Mr. Kazuhiko Ota.
It started at 4 p.m., so I couldn't see much of him even though I finished my work early.
But I'm glad to see how well he's doing.
If it is true, he might not be well anymore, and the TV might have shown only the good parts by chance, so you have to see him in person.
Also, Kazuhiko Ota loves Takashimaya.
And the first sake called Aoi Tenshita!
I liked it!
I love Shizuoka as much as Mr. Ota does, and I wanted to buy one if it was suitable for me!
And first of all, I thought I would like this one if possible!
It's a dry sake, and I thought it would be great!
But I wondered why it wasn't Suifuji, but I see that they have a partnership with Kisenon!
The title was also written by Kisenon!
And then, something by Honorifuji...
I thought this one was too sweet for me!
Then, next was this Omachi! And then this Omachi!
It has a very warm and mild Omachi unfiltered flavor!
Heating up is a natural upgrade!
And it's even better when it's warmed up and cooled down, I think it deepens the flavor even more than when it's cold!
I happened to be in the neighborhood with fresh sardines at a very low price, and it went great with them!
I'm so glad I bought it!
Shizuoka has a lot of good sake, but in my opinion, Aoi is the best! It was so good that I could almost call it "Aoi Tenshita"!
Good evening, Shinjo-san!
I see you were able to see Mr. Ota in person! Good for you & I'm jealous😊👍💕.
And the Aoi Tenshita is delicious, isn't it? I'm glad you had your favorite flavor, too: ❣️
Thank you very much.
I took advantage of the location and forced myself to go there even on a weekday.
Aoi Tenshita has quite a distinct character depending on the rice.
I decided to buy it immediately before trying all the varieties, but I regret that I should have tried others!
Hello, Shinjou😊.
I see that you were able to rush over to see Mr. Kazuhiko Ota!
There was a talk show at the sake festival at Takashimaya in Nihonbashi, Tokyo 4 years ago.
I wonder if he is a fan of Takashimaya.
Hello.
He was appealing to me that he has some kind of Takashimaya card or something.
I think this is true, as Mr. Takashimaya loves a lot of things.
This is probably his first visit to Takashimaya near Nipponbashi, but he said he would like to come back!
Mr. Shinjo.
Good evening...
Aoi tenshita is sold at Yokohama Takashimaya and I have bought it at the special corner 😁.
It's a unique taste of avoidance, isn't it?
Good evening.
I guess Yokohama is a neighboring prefecture, so we have a connection with each other.
Shizuoka is a rare place to visit from Osaka.
The taste was very noticeable at a glance!
It was very nice to drink it in the comfort of my own home!

This is also recommended by Usagoten🙏.
We got some sake that we didn't taste before at Kyoto Takashimaya.
Hiyoroshi Yamadanishiki 55% Junmai Ginjo
Hiyoroshi Omachi 55% Junmai Ginjo
55% Junmai Ginjyo Honorifuji
Of the two, we prefer the overall soft aroma and taste of Etsuyofuji. It is fruity, sweet, tasty, and refreshing. It is said to be dry, but I don't feel it that much. Maybe it is mellow because of the super soft water 🤔.
I liked the hiyaoroshi, Yamada Nishiki was fruity and refreshing.
The label is stylish ✨.
They said they wanted to express fall with something other than autumn leaves.
Hi Manta😊
I have a lot of Shiga sake that I haven't drank either 😁 the closest thing to modern was the Hiyayoroshi Yamadanishiki, the rest was classic 👍✨ Shizuoka is great for its water.
The sweetness of nama-shu can be felt, but it is slightly acidic.
The sake has been opened and oxidized slightly, so in addition to the original sourness, I also feel a little unpleasant acidity.
To be honest, it's not very good.
