The upper aroma is refreshing, but small in quantity.
The tangy, slightly gaseous taste, high alcohol stimulation, and bitterness from the umami taste finish off the taste.
The balance is so good that the 18% alcohol content is not noticeable.
It is a delicious sake that will keep you going for another sip while enjoying your meal.
1576 yen without tax for a four-pack
My only regret is that since I was driving, I should have bought a bottle of Isoban Honjozo.
It is 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture. The first taste is a bit spicy but when you put it in your mouth, the mellow taste goes from your mouth to your nose. Today's side dish was red tuna, and I thought that Shizuoka sake would go well with tuna. It turns out that a good sake can be enjoyed with just about anything!
The first brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture to do so ✨✨✨
It's made from special Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture!
The scent was subdued yet somehow fruity and elegant.
It's a very beautiful drink!
It's a rare drink you don't see often, but it's my favorite ✨✨
