Tasting at Hankyu Department Store on 6/3.
Three breweries were tasted on this day at Hankyu Hanshin.
Aoi Tenshita, a first-time visitor, said it was the first time for him to come to Hankyu.
Aizan Unfiltered Nama Sake
Omachi Unfiltered Nama
Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake
Junmai Ginjo 55% Aizan
We tasted these four types of sake.
There was also Honorifuji in the draft but for some reason they didn't let us try it😅.
All of the sake were very mild and tasted like Shizuoka sake to go along with a meal.
The Junmai Ginjo 55% Aizan was sweet, but I didn't like the taste, so I didn't try it.
After some hesitation, I bought the Aizan Unfiltered Nama Nama Sake.
I heard that this sake was well received at the Japanese Sake Festival because of its cost performance of just under 1000 yen.
The toji-san was also there, but he said he had to stay overnight in his car on the bullet train because of heavy rain😱Thanks for your hard work....
The price was 1980 yen at the store, but it's about 2300 yen at the official website. I wonder if they write the price including cool fee and box fee?
Mr. Bouken.
Good morning♪
I bought this wine at a special booth at Yokohama Takashimaya last year. I tasted several kinds of wine and I remember it had a classical taste like a food wine 😁.

At the basement sales floor of Hankyu Department Store
We tasted Aoi Tenshita by Enshu Yamanaka Sake Brewery, which was exhibiting at the store for the first time, with these three bottles and three different types of sake rice only,
The rest of the sake is said to be under the same conditions.
The only difference between the three is the rice used for the sake, but the rest is the same.
I'm still curious about the brewing water here,
The brewing water here is soft, which makes it harder for the characteristics of Omachi rice to show, and it seems to be very popular ^ ^.
Which to buy, Aizan, Yamadanishiki, or Omachi...
Then my wife gave me a gift for Father's Day 🎁😳 Thanks 😊 I'll take it with care 😋.
So much for the preamble, let's enjoy it right away!
In the glass, there is a nice aroma like amazake with just a hint of rice and a little alcohol mixed in.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami is immediately followed by a thin veil of spiciness, which quickly appears, and then the spiciness gradually increases. The spiciness has no corners and is easy to drink.
The spiciness is not harsh and is easy to drink, and when the sake is finished, it has a clean and clear image.
The lingering aroma from the nostrils is subtle,
The lingering aroma from the nostrils is just a hint of the aroma in the glass,
It seems to be a good sake for a meal 😄Thank you very much!
Hi Papagon, ☀️
All 3 bottles are Father's Day presents 🎁! You have a kind wife... ❣️ I'd like to drink them since you're coming to Takashimaya in Kyoto... I can't afford these specs though... 😅
Good evening, Ponchan... Nice to meet you😄.
Thank you for your comment 😊
I was wearing the necklace 🎁 that I gave you the other day when we went out 😅.
Maybe she was in a good mood😅.
I'm sure Pon-chan would have fun at the Kansai Off-line Meeting.

Booth of "Aoi Tenshita" by Shizuoka Prefecture's Enshu Yamanaka Sake Brewery.
This was the second time for Aoi Tenshita.
As before, the lineup was the same as before, with the same specs and different rice.

This time, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
They recommended the Honorifuji and Yamadanishiki, and told me to drink them in order after all 😁Tasted them all
I knew I preferred Aizan, which has the same gentle sweetness as last time.
The Omachi was also delicious with a robust flavor 😋.
I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten (🍶) and asked the landlady to make a dry selection for me 🍶.
720ml 📌 ¥1,650
It's the second day of the party with my mother-in-law💕.
Here's a quick rice 💕
The aroma is fruity💕
Color is light golden💕
The mouthfeel is a little thick💕
It's dry but you can feel the sweetness💕You can also feel the umami of the rice💕It goes in smoothly💕May be a dangerous sake😅.
Today's pairing is grilled tuna kama-yaki, sushi roll, tekkimaki and sashimi💕
They go so, so, so, so well💕!
Drinking sake with my granddaughter is the best 💕💕💕My mother-in-law is also happy and it's really a great party👍👍👍👍
I recommend this sake 😁 please try it 👍It's a great sake for a meal 👍✌️
Good evening, Makoji-san ^ ^.
You drank Shizuoka sake and you seem to have more 💕 than usual 😁.
I've never had Aoi Tenshita myself 💦.
Aoi Tenshita is out of the ranking and I have never had it myself 💦.
I'll buy some when I see it ✌️

I have chosen a liquor store in Inatori that I don't think I have seen very often.
It's clean and refreshing, but has a modest taste except for a gentle acidity. It's not fruity, but more like a herbal tea in the back.
The aftertaste is also light, including the lingering aftertaste, although there is a sense of flavor spreading for a moment.
It is a strange sake that leaves the impression of not leaving any lasting impression, although you can taste some flavor when you drink it.
Aoi Tenshita booth in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Aoi Tenshita, which I did not have much connection with when I traveled to Shizuoka.
Aoi Tenshita 55% Junmai Ginjo Fuji Honor🔴.
Aoi Tenshita 55% Junmai Ginjo Aizan🔴.
Aoi Tenshita 55% Junmai Ginjo Omachi
Aoi Tenshita Junmai Daiginjo AOI
Comparison of 55% polished sake.
I was curious about the Fuji Honor.
It was not so sweet, and the umami flavor seemed to expand.
I prefer Aizan.
It had a gentle sweetness that was typical of Aizan and was delicious.
I think the Omachi had a strong umami.
Personal note
Purchase price】720mL 3850 yen (including tax)
How to drink】Cold, before, during and after meals
Percentage] 50% (99% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, 1% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture)
Yeast used: M310
Sake meter] -1.0
Acidity] 1.5
Amino Acidity] -1.5
Alcohol content] 15.0-16.0
Production Date] 2022.09
Appearance】Transparent and colorless, no thickening.
Taste: ★★★☆☆☆] It has only a slight aroma of acidity. In the mouth, the umami of rice spreads modestly, and it all disappears the moment the sake is swallowed. No fruit-like aroma. You can only taste it on the tongue. After eating spicy food, you can feel a faint sweetness.
Throat feeling: ★★★★★] There is no stickiness, so much so that you wonder if you have really gone through it.
[Change over time: ★★★★☆] No change.
[Comment] It's like nothing I've ever had before. It gives the impression that it shows its presence for a moment and then quickly goes away. Good for a mid-meal drink, with a strong umami flavor. Very interesting sake. It is easy to drink even though it is made from Omachi. (Postscript) The day after the bottle was opened, the umami, miscellaneous flavors, and richness increased, and it asserted itself more. The Omachi character came out. Is this its original power?
Overall evaluation】★★★★☆
Thanks for the week...
I think I'll manage to get Saturday and Sunday off this week 🙌
Looking forward to the kids' field day tomorrow 🏃.
I went to the city center for work this afternoon.
The weather was nice and I had a nice view of the central ministries, the Imperial Palace and the buildings 😁.
This time I bought a sake from Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture called Aoi Tenge, which you don't see checked in 🍶 at a special corner in a department store!
It is made with 100% Honorifuji sake from Shizuoka Prefecture!
Association 1401 yeast
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Sake meter degree +5.2, acidity 1.5
The bottle was opened and the aroma was mild.
There is no smell of alcohol, and unlike the popular melon, banana, or muscat, it smells like fresh flowers 💐.
I don't know what kind of flower it is 🤔, anyway it is mild
The smell after you put it in your mouth is also not strong and assertive.
Again, mild and refreshing on the tongue and throat.
No aftertaste, so no aftertaste.
I wonder what it is, it's a sake I've never tasted before.
At best, it's refreshing and perfect as a food sake.
At worst, it has no character.
It's rare to find a sake that has no impact like this, so it will be memorable 😁.
On my way back from a business trip, I passed by Tokyo Station and stopped by Hasegawa Sake Shop👍.
Mr. Hiraccio.
Good evening.
That liquor store in the station is a foul 😁and the fact that you can drink standing in the store next to it is even more foul 😁As a senkinist, I wanted to buy some momiji, but I was more concerned about the capacity of my refrigerator than my wallet.
A friend, her daughter & her daughter's former classmate
Drinking with a little unusual members.
The fish here is delicious. said O-chan, a fishmonger.
He goes out to fish himself, processes the fish, and serves them!
Delicious!
Today's starter was Aoi Tenshita hiyaoroshi, Aizan version. It has a light, refreshing sweetness. First of all, it is delicious.
