Aoi Tenshita booth in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Aoi Tenshita, which I did not have much connection with when I traveled to Shizuoka.
Aoi Tenshita 55% Junmai Ginjo Fuji Honor🔴.
Aoi Tenshita 55% Junmai Ginjo Aizan🔴.
Aoi Tenshita 55% Junmai Ginjo Omachi
Aoi Tenshita Junmai Daiginjo AOI
Comparison of 55% polished sake.
I was curious about the Fuji Honor.
It was not so sweet, and the umami flavor seemed to expand.
I prefer Aizan.
It had a gentle sweetness that was typical of Aizan and was delicious.
I think the Omachi had a strong umami.
Personal note
Purchase price】720mL 3850 yen (including tax)

Amino Acidity] -1.5
Alcohol content] 15.0-16.0

Appearance】Transparent and colorless, no thickening.
Taste: ★★★☆☆☆] It has only a slight aroma of acidity. In the mouth, the umami of rice spreads modestly, and it all disappears the moment the sake is swallowed. No fruit-like aroma. You can only taste it on the tongue. After eating spicy food, you can feel a faint sweetness.
Throat feeling: ★★★★★] There is no stickiness, so much so that you wonder if you have really gone through it.
[Change over time: ★★★★☆] No change.
[Comment] It's like nothing I've ever had before. It gives the impression that it shows its presence for a moment and then quickly goes away. Good for a mid-meal drink, with a strong umami flavor. Very interesting sake. It is easy to drink even though it is made from Omachi. (Postscript) The day after the bottle was opened, the umami, miscellaneous flavors, and richness increased, and it asserted itself more. The Omachi character came out. Is this its original power?
Overall evaluation】★★★★☆
Thanks for the week...
I think I'll manage to get Saturday and Sunday off this week 🙌
Looking forward to the kids' field day tomorrow 🏃.
I went to the city center for work this afternoon.
The weather was nice and I had a nice view of the central ministries, the Imperial Palace and the buildings 😁.
This time I bought a sake from Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture called Aoi Tenge, which you don't see checked in 🍶 at a special corner in a department store!
It is made with 100% Honorifuji sake from Shizuoka Prefecture!
Association 1401 yeast
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Sake meter degree +5.2, acidity 1.5
The bottle was opened and the aroma was mild.
There is no smell of alcohol, and unlike the popular melon, banana, or muscat, it smells like fresh flowers 💐.
I don't know what kind of flower it is 🤔, anyway it is mild
The smell after you put it in your mouth is also not strong and assertive.
Again, mild and refreshing on the tongue and throat.
No aftertaste, so no aftertaste.
I wonder what it is, it's a sake I've never tasted before.
At best, it's refreshing and perfect as a food sake.
At worst, it has no character.
It's rare to find a sake that has no impact like this, so it will be memorable 😁.
On my way back from a business trip, I passed by Tokyo Station and stopped by Hasegawa Sake Shop👍.
Mr. Hiraccio.
Good evening.
That liquor store in the station is a foul 😁and the fact that you can drink standing in the store next to it is even more foul 😁As a senkinist, I wanted to buy some momiji, but I was more concerned about the capacity of my refrigerator than my wallet.

The fish here is delicious. said O-chan, a fishmonger.
He goes out to fish himself, processes the fish, and serves them!
Delicious!
Today's starter was Aoi Tenshita hiyaoroshi, Aizan version. It has a light, refreshing sweetness. First of all, it is delicious.
The upper aroma is refreshing, but small in quantity.
The tangy, slightly gaseous taste, high alcohol stimulation, and bitterness from the umami taste finish off the taste.
The balance is so good that the 18% alcohol content is not noticeable.
It is a delicious sake that will keep you going for another sip while enjoying your meal.
1576 yen without tax for a four-pack
My only regret is that since I was driving, I should have bought a bottle of Isoban Honjozo.
It is 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture. The first taste is a bit spicy but when you put it in your mouth, the mellow taste goes from your mouth to your nose. Today's side dish was red tuna, and I thought that Shizuoka sake would go well with tuna. It turns out that a good sake can be enjoyed with just about anything!
The first brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture to do so ✨✨✨
It's made from special Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture!
The scent was subdued yet somehow fruity and elegant.
It's a very beautiful drink!
It's a rare drink you don't see often, but it's my favorite ✨✨
