This time, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
They recommended the Honorifuji and Yamadanishiki, and told me to drink them in order after all 😁Tasted them all
I knew I preferred Aizan, which has the same gentle sweetness as last time.
The Omachi was also delicious with a robust flavor 😋.
