I have chosen a liquor store in Inatori that I don't think I have seen very often.
It's clean and refreshing, but has a modest taste except for a gentle acidity. It's not fruity, but more like a herbal tea in the back.
The aftertaste is also light, including the lingering aftertaste, although there is a sense of flavor spreading for a moment.
It is a strange sake that leaves the impression of not leaving any lasting impression, although you can taste some flavor when you drink it.
