This is the second bottle I purchased at the Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival.
It has an elegant aroma, a soft taste, and a beautiful finish. It goes well with Japanese dishes such as bacon wrapped in cheese, ginkgo fish with fried gingko mushrooms, simmered sardines, and more!
This brewery offers 550 yen for shipping in the Kansai area, so I might consider mail order...

Hi Pon-chan 😃I tried the Aoi Tenka tasting, I also tried the draft but I thought the hi-yere version was better suited for me.
The flavor is so gentle that I have to restrain myself or I will drink too much 😊.
