Tonight's third type of sake is Gizaemon.
I haven't encountered it in 10 years🤗.
I first encountered it in 2014 at a hotel when I was on a business trip to Mie Prefecture😊.
At that time it was a junmai ginjo (60% rice polishing ratio, 15% ALC), so I decided to count today's sake as our first encounter 😘.
The aroma was not so strong and the sake was refreshingly crisp and slightly dry on the palate 😋.

Finally, the last report (6) was from Wakabisu Sake Brewery (Mie Prefecture)!
Mr. Ishizaki from Wakabisu Shuzo was there.
President Kuniko was also there at the beginning of the meeting.
I was able to taste only one sake from Wakabisu Shuzo.
It was "Hatsu Shibori Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu Gizaemon".
The note said, "Light and refreshing. It has a nice flavor. There is a slight sourness.
The first pressing was released in November 2023, and the sake brewery served it at the event.
The "Wakaevista~" was overwhelmingly popular at the event.
It was impressive that they also brought a large amount of Baby Star Ramen and distributed it with the sake.
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to make a suggestion to Wakabisu Sake Brewery anyway, which was previously released as a PB by Mochizuki Sake Brewery.

I've been drinking Gizaemon in one cup at a fish-based izakaya where I often go for a drink (report posted on 2022.10.4), but this is the first time I've seen a four-pack bottle! I have to admit, I was taken by the jackets ☺️ swimsuit 👙🤣.
It's a summer sake bottled from freshly squeezed new sake, once fired, and has a refreshing aroma after opening the bottle!
It has a refreshing aroma with a hint of marijuana and almost no alcohol!
When you put it in your mouth, the refreshing sensation is very pleasant and there is no messiness at all! So, you can enjoy it if you cool it down and drink it while savoring the refreshing sensation and feeling the change in flavor as the temperature gradually rises.

I watched my daughter's badminton tournament for the first time.
This tournament was a regional qualifier mainly for 3rd graders, and only my daughter and 2 other 2nd graders participated, including one from another school.
One of the 2nd graders was the winner of the 1st grade tournament (my daughter came in 3rd), and although her opponent was good, she persevered to win in a full set 🎉 She lost in straight sets to a 3rd grader in the next round, but I was able to see how much my daughter had improved after watching her fight back even when leading 🎉 It was a great day for me to see how much she had grown 🥰.
