I felt a little fruitiness, but it was easy to drink (vague memory).
I think I liked the Seikagami the best out of the many I drank, which I bought more at the end 🤔.

Gizaemon
Gorgeous, fruity, not too sweet, not too spicy, somewhere in between?
The aftertaste is a little bitter.
Maybe you don't detect much of a scent?
Possibly my nose is dead. But I think it has a sweet aroma.
It may have a strong sourness, but it is very refreshing, maybe not minty, but that kind of freshness.
It is more than eating it with shime saba (mackerel),
If you pair it with sashimi, the sweetness of both will come through!
It is not spicy, and sweet and sour might be a little different, but it is sweeter than lemon.
It's difficult to say.
It's not like sake.
But it's very tasty. ❤️
It is clear with yellowish tints, with aromas of cooked rice, honeysuckle, and pear. The attack is rather weak, with a gentle acidity, mild sweetness and a rather long finish.

Nice aroma of banana and pear.
The taste is spicy and refreshing, but the balance of thickness, umami, and acidity is well balanced, making it easy to drink.
Good as a food sake.
Last year, at a volleyball tournament I attended, I visited a liquor store with a long-established feel that was located right in front of a hotel in Kitami City❗
I found Gizaemon and bought it!
It was fruity, but had a robust and grain-like flavor! I looked closely and found that it was 2022, so it might not have been the original flavor, but I didn't mind and didn't care ❗ What the heck, it was manachii 😋.

Immediately after opening the bottle, it is clear and has a slight ginjo aroma. It is not dry.
It's not enough as it is, so I'll let it sit for a bit.
Hopefully it will turn into something like Shoyuki...
