I don't know if this is a standard item or if it is common in the restaurants I go to, but I have many opportunities to drink the Sake Rice Exploration Series.
This is Hachitan-Nishiki.
I think I drank it last year, too.
It has a sourness that makes it refreshing to drink.
It is also characterized by a complex flavor and a spice-like bitterness. 南十字輝6/10

This is Gen no Taki, which is a standard sake in Toyama.
It is located in Kurobe, and when I participated in the Kurobe Meisui Marathon, there was a signboard that was quite fierce.
It is a bit hard to drink, but the water is good, and it tastes good.

Dry type of Mimuro Sugi.
The specs are a special junmai sake made from 60% polished dewy leaf wind.
As a dry sake, it does not have much aroma, but it has a sharp, dry mouthfeel that is quite good.
The acidity comes in later, so even though it is dry, it also has umami.
It seems to go well with a wide range of dishes and can even be served warm.
It is the type of sake I would like to have at home. 南十字輝7/10
There was such a thing as Haneya's Aizan.
Kangiku's Aizan is too delicious, so when I see Aizan plus this red label, I have a feeling that there is no doubt about it. It's Haneya, after all.
The taste is quite fruity.

This is the first time I have tasted Kido's summer sake.
It has an apple aroma and a light taste.
When it is called summer sake, everything seems refreshing. ......
I think the clear taste makes the umami a little more subdued than normal sake.
If it were a summer sake and a winter sake, I would definitely prefer the winter one, but in this heat, I would want it to be refreshing.

I've been in the mood for Haneya lately.
I think this is the first summer sake I've had.
It is a summery sake that is refreshing and easy to drink.
The fruity aroma spreads in the mouth, giving it a refreshing feeling.
The light and refreshing taste was just right for the shish-kebabs we were having. 南十字輝8/10
I may be drinking Gin Eboshi sake for the first time.
It seems to have similar characteristics to Hwaso.
My impression is that it is a fresh and beautiful sake.
It is a daiginjo spec with 45% polished rice, and of course it is supposed to be delicious since it is branded as Tasake, but I thought it was less sweet and more refreshing than the special junmai spec that I usually drink.

It's called "Ichigo-shibori", which means it's new sake. It's already that season.
It is a little fizzy, and has some miscellaneous flavors.
It's easy to drink for a sake with 19 degrees of alcohol, but it's not that great.

An easy to understand sake with banana aroma.
It's a little late in the season, but it has a full aroma and a good sense of maturity.
