Sharp ginjo aroma. The aroma is gentle, but as one would expect from a pure sake, it has a strong, robust flavor. It has a crisp, clean aftertaste that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. It was a bottle that made me think, "Is this what dry sake is all about?
The alcohol content is 18%, which is quite strong, but when mixed with carbonated soda, it became refreshing and just right for me.

With Sapporo's Niigata limited edition beer "Flavor Soukai Nishite".
with Murakami's Oyomori.
