The soft sweetness and umami flavor flow slowly into the mellow mouthfeel.
The alcohol content is said to be 16.5 degrees, but the taste is so gentle that it seems lower than that.
The sake has no peculiarities and is easy to drink, making it more drinkable than expected.
It has a soft, sweet, lush, melon-like aroma, and the juicy acidity that bursts after the smooth attack is very refreshing, and a refreshing crispness runs through it with a light lingering aftertaste that is typical of summer sake.
The lemon-like acidity is moderately stimulating and not strong, giving the impression that it can be easily paired with meals.
This 3 year old sake was purchased at a brewery festival.
It has a sour rice and fruit aroma with little alcohol flavor.
The mouthfeel is very soft and there is no tanginess from the alcohol.
A little gas, gentle sweetness.
Pineapple aroma spreads softly in the mouth.
Very tasty, a little bitter, and I could drink it without getting tired of drinking it!
This freshly squeezed sake was poured from the "KEY KEG" server installed in Fukui Prefecture at Marche Tomo, Yoshida Shuzo's new Yoshimine Brewery.
With a slight effervescence and fresh fruit sweetness, it was a "freshly pressed" sake that could not be tasted on the market.

Purchased because the summer sara sara was delicious.
Almost no aroma. It has a little bit of sweetness from the ori (rice powder), then umami and dry sharpness. It is a refreshing and delicious sake. I enjoyed it with grilled soaked onion eggplant zucchini and grilled salmon. I would like to match it with sashimi. Since it is a bottle, I would like to enjoy matching it with various things.
It has the taste of sake, but it is not dry and goes well with light dishes.
The label actually has a dragon on it, which is very cool!
It has a subtle refreshing aroma and seems to be popular with everyone.
