(˶ᐢ˶)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought a bottle of Hakuryu today on the recommendation of the lady at my regular liquor store 😀 She said it was freshly arrived ✨. After opening the bottle, the aroma is mellow 😘the mouthfeel is fresh 😊swishy and juicy rice🌾 flavor 🥰 mild sweetness and acidity😚 nice 😋. It is a delicious sake with the energy of a new sake 🥳.

( 'ч')🍶🍶🍶🍶´- I drank this Hakuryu before the remote New Year's party 😀. It was bottled on the morning of 2/3 and opened on the evening of 2/4 🌇😚It's probably a Risshun morning pressing, but the label is different from everyone else's 🤔. The bottle was opened with a light puff 😘It has a muscat aroma and a smooth, fresh mouthfeel😊The acidity is moderate and it has a nice gentle sweetness and umami 😘It was a delicious sake 🥳.

Sweet and fruity? Sweet and fruity? For a moment I thought banana? I thought it might be banana, but I couldn't tell that much yet. I like sweet, but the moment I put it in my mouth, the sweetness was immediately followed by a sharp bitterness. The sweetness is immediately followed by a crisp bitterness, and the mixture is generally easy to drink. This time, I served it with mentaiko (cod roe). The cod roe had a slightly fishy smell. The sharpness of the flavor neutralizes it nicely, and it is very good. However, the chili pepper was a bit strong. I thought that there might be other snacks that would go better with it. Hoya? Looking for more ideas

Fried chicken breast with truffle & mayo sauce. The slightly fruity aroma is banana-like. It has a slightly rough texture when you take a sip, and the volume of sweetness is followed by bitterness and alcohol at the end, making it a good sake. I tried it with Toyo Bijin Jyundo Ittou (low alcohol) and Kikuhime Yamahai Junmai Kanzake (dark mellow), but today the Hakuryu was the best match for me. If it had been chicken thigh, it might have been Kikuhime.

How to drink:On the rocks Aroma: Almost no aroma, probably due to the fact that it is served on the rocks. Taste: According to the label classification, it is medium-bodied, but my sense is that it is slightly sweet. There is also a slight sourness. It is very easy to drink.
