After opening the bottle, the aroma is mellow 😘the mouthfeel is fresh 😊swishy and juicy rice🌾 flavor 🥰 mild sweetness and acidity😚 nice 😋. It is a delicious sake with the energy of a new sake 🥳.

It was bottled on the morning of 2/3 and opened on the evening of 2/4 🌇😚It's probably a Risshun morning pressing, but the label is different from everyone else's 🤔. The bottle was opened with a light puff 😘It has a muscat aroma and a smooth, fresh mouthfeel😊The acidity is moderate and it has a nice gentle sweetness and umami 😘It was a delicious sake 🥳.

I went to the Hokuriku sake tasting and sale at LUCUA! Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki/Ighyakumangoku 15.5% 1501 yeast Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.1 Fruity, sweet and beautiful! It is my favorite among the three types.

Hakuryu no mizuiteki! Clear light body, classic sweet and spicy! ...I don't remember it being like this? Is it 😮 twisted? I think it was a bit more like a goku goku goku cup. Was that a draft sake? But I was happy because I hadn't had Akiyoshi's yakitori in a while 🤤.
