Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶innocent-Muku-✨Gin Ginga🌾.
Otona no Himitsu Club, Aomori Complete Trip 🚃Day 1
A sense of fruitiness 😆. Sweet-umami to dry aftertaste. Umami. This is the first time since the management company changed. It's nice.
First visit to a corner bar at Sakamoto Sake Shop near Morioka station. They have a wide selection of sake and the young staff were all friendly and helpful.

Hello, hoshiaki-san!
Mr. Sakamoto🍶 was here 😊.
We have a lot of young waitstaff but they all know a lot about sake, so I thought it would be fun to talk with them over a drink ☺️
Thank you for your comment, Eririn 😊Yes, that's right. My senior drinker told me about it and it was my first visit ✨The young waitstaff, all knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. It was a sure repeat visit 🎉.
Next is Kiku no Tsukasa.
Doubtful as evidenced by the year of manufacture
I knew it was a twist 😭
This is a refreshing sake, but when the twinge is added, it becomes indescribable.
But it's not completely bad.
Thank you for the treat!

Sigma 💦.
I guess it was recommended to be heated 💦.
I drank it cold and enjoyed the dry and refreshing taste ✨.
I'm a big fan of Kiku no Tsukasa's Shinsei! I'm not sure if it was recommended 💦 I drank it cold and enjoyed the dry and refreshing taste.
I'm not sure if it was recommended to be heated or chilled 💦 I enjoyed the dry and refreshing taste ✨Kiku no Tsukasa's Shinsei is my favorite!
I bought it at a store I entered for another sake.
My wife, who was in a good mood when the owner recommended tasting the sake, bought it for me.
The bottle was opened a few days later!
The aroma is ripe melon and blackcurrant.
When you taste it, the rich sweet ripe juicy taste spreads at once!
The acidity is almost imperceptible...
It goes well with strongly seasoned meat dishes 🍖 and dishes with cheese🧀👍.
Chichi, thank you for your help. I was wondering if I should buy this sake, but I didn't.... I was wondering if I should buy this sake and didn't buy it...!
Haruei chichi-san konbanhar(o´o)no~~~
I'm glad that Chrysanthemum Tsukasa is to your wife's taste: ☺️❓
Try the Innocent series if you get a chance 😉.
I think it's a bit more mature compared to Shinsei 🤔
Hi Eirin 😃
I've actually had it at a Tohoku product exhibition at a department store and my yome had a good impression of it 😊.
I haven't seen the Innocent series in stores but I'd like to try it if I get a chance 😤.
It is brewed with "Ginotome" grapes grown in Iwate Prefecture. It has an elegant and clear taste with a fruity grape flavor. It seems to be a regular winner in sake competitions for sake to be drunk with a glass of wine. I drank it for 5 days from the day after opening the bottle, but the taste did not change. We rediscovered Kiku no Tsukasa, a brand we can trust.
