I consulted with the owner of a liquor store about a sake that goes well with soba noodles and he gave me his choice.
It was a brand called Sanban.
It was a very good sake for a meal 🎶.
Since then, I have been curious about this sake brewery.
This time, I was so worried about it that I bought this Hanagoromo🌸👍.
Now, open the bottle🎉.
The aroma has the freshness of a fresh sake. But the aroma is gentle alcohol 😆 I don't dislike it.
I don't dislike it.
Taste is fresh sweetness and alcohol❣️.
Not unpleasant alcohol, but a gentle, juicy alcohol.
Tonight, I'm having hokke 🤣.
Perfect for a side dish ✌️.
Juiciness is more noticeable than the refreshing feeling ❣️ when paired with the entrée.
Not spectacular, but the moist bitter sweetness is irresistible 🤣🤣🤣
I would also like to try other brands of sake 🎶.
