This is the second stage of new development for Akita Sake!
They say it's a heartwarming sake that reminds them of the old days, made with brewer's yeast. The rice is 100% Miyamanishiki, which I love!
The aroma is slightly acidic, the taste is complex, but the sweetness of the rice is delicious!
