The color is cloudy and slightly cloudy.
The aroma is full of a green herbaceousness and sweetness.
On the palate, the sweetness and the bitterness of the raw sake are rampant. However, in the latter half, the aroma disappears nicely while escaping into the nose. It's delicious.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be San from Princess Mononoke. She is a heroine. I think it's the last scene because the sweetness is clear. But more than the sweetness, I feel the bitterness of being deprived of the forest and the strong will to live.
By the way, I heard that the pattern on Sun's face is a tattoo. But then, who carved it and for what purpose? I wondered. I tried to think about it, but it became too long, so I'd like to write it somewhere else.
