Dry Junmai Tsurugi: Tsurugi, heated in a bottle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 55%, ALC 16-17 degrees
This was the fifth sake at the after party of the reunion. We ordered it in a single-batch tokkuri and tasted a little bit at a time with a small boar cup.
I think this Hououmida is an easy-drinking sake with a slightly dry taste.

Modern Sentori Unconditioned Unfiltered Unblended Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamadanishiki
Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 60%, ALC 14 (original)
This was the fourth type of sake at the after-party of the reunion. I ordered it in a one-gou Tokugari and tasted a little bit at a time with a smaller boar cup.
Slightly sweet, fruity aroma, and easy to drink!
Hon Atsugi Sakanaya Dojo: 20230618
The Modern Senkyoku Mujiki (100% Yamadanishiki) we had encountered on 20220425 was a freshly pressed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
On 20170829, Modern Senkou's Mukaku (100% Yamadanishiki) was unfiltered unpasteurized sake, bottle-enclosed and bottle-fired with an ALC of 16 degrees.

Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%.
This was the third sake at the after-party of the reunion. We ordered it in a one-gou Tokuguri and tasted a little bit at a time with a small boar cup.
I think it is a dry and sharp sake.

Junmai Ginjo-shu Japanese sword (Katana) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15.5 degrees
This was the second type of sake at the after-party of the reunion. We ordered it in a one-gou Tokuguri and tasted a little bit at a time with a smaller boar cup.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma and is light, dry, and firm.
I found myself checking in for 1800 yen for this sake.

I met this sake at a restaurant at a reunion party. 300ml was ordered and tasted a little at a time with a small sake cup.
It is easy to drink and delicious 😋.
I started drinking it while having a good time with my fellow alumni and we drank it so quickly that I don't really remember the detailed taste. 😅
