I can't find the location...! Why? At the Joetsu Myoko Sado Chishu and Snacks Yukikuni Shoten in Niigata Station. A cup of sake at the corner. In a good way, it's just like water. It's a summer-only sake, with a modest 12 degrees, so it's nice that it doesn't get too hot. I wanted to drink it at home, but unfortunately it was sold out.... I wanted to drink water after taking a bath and drink this one slowly 😭

Can't find the location... At Joetsu Myoko Sado Local Sake and Snacks Yukikuni Shoten at Niigata Station. Interesting name and cute nostalgic label. It is said to be the birthplace of skiing, and "Ski Masamune" is the representative brand. I drank a cup of sake at a corner shop. It is said to be dry but not too dry, so it might be good for those who like sweet sake. ⛷️
