I bought this sake on a trip to Miyagi last September. It was recommended to me at a liquor store I stopped by before my trip. Thank you very much for your help. It was very tasty.

The label was cool but I forgot to take a picture.
It is crisp and clear. But it also has heaviness.
Fruity aroma and sharpness.
Delicious with just the right amount of acidity.
The second all-you-can-drink drink. Crisp and refreshing, typical of Miyagi sake. Dry. I felt it was more typical Miyagi sake than Katsuyama which I drank last time. It's a good sake.
The standard sake of Katsuyama Shuzo, the official brewer of the Date family. It has a gentle mouthfeel and a fruity, mellow flavor. This is a drink that can be enjoyed on its own.
