The day before yesterday, I drank sake at an oyster-majority izakaya in Shinbashi.
The shoulder label has a crescent moon 🌙 front of Date Masamune's helmet.
I like oysters, but I rarely have a chance to eat raw oysters.
This special junmai from Senkachi Masamune was light with a subtle sweetness and acidity.
I drank a variety of other sake, but Hiroshima's "Houken" was the best match for oysters.

Since we had it here two years ago.
I've been curious about it since it was poured by a customer over there.
It's lightly cloudy with a hint of orikara.
It tastes fresh and delicious!
The season of new sake
Nigori-style sake is also delicious!
When I asked for the seafood bean-curd soup, they served it with some taci as well!

It has a subtle ginjo aroma and a slight sourness on the palate, giving it a sharp, crisp, slightly dry taste.

It is a gift. Is the label out of standard? The helmet of Date Masamune pops out. The aroma is moderate, the mouthfeel is pleasant and easy to drink, and the aftertaste is elegant with a hint of spiciness. The cork can be opened by pulling it open. It is a wine-like bottle.
