Half-price sale at a local liquor store for product replacement.
Nigori (nigori) sake from Kanazawa's Fukumasamune.
Sake rice is 100% FUKU-NO-HANA, grown under contract.
The second fermentation in the bottle makes this nigori sake effervescent.
Refreshing, clean sweetness and firm effervescence. Good as an aperitif.
The label is also very Kanazawa-like.
I always buy this seasonal series because of the cute labels.
I buy it without really looking at what kind of sake it is, but it's a slightly sparkling sake, and if I was expecting a sweet sake, it's not sweet at all! It is a dry, slightly sparkling sake.
It's refreshing and you can drink it in large gulps.
To be honest, I am not a fan of sweet, slightly sparkling sake, so I was waiting for this kind of sake.
I will buy another bottle before the fall sake comes out.
A gift from a friend in Ishikawa Prefecture. It is a summer-only brew, so it is refreshing and does not linger in the mouth. It has a watery aftertaste. Since I've been drinking a lot of low-foam wines lately, this one went right in and sunk right in. 72 points.

I came back to my hometown and got Tsuru and Fuku from a liquor store😋 It is a joint brew with Tsuruno Sake Brewery and Fukumitsuya from Taniizumi, which was totally destroyed in the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Not much aroma 🤔I felt beautiful on the palate with a gentle sweetness and acidity 😊Overall it was light and felt like a food sake that would not interfere with food 🥳.
The fourth one I went to No.7 Gyoza which is famous in Ishikawa 😀 I hadn't had it in about a year 😋The style of having it with must white dumplings🥟 and pork soup is still the same and it was delicious 😚👍.
