In the mouth, there is a gentle spiciness and a refreshing sweetness.
It has a sweeter taste than Hakurakusei, which is also brewed by the same Niizawa brewery.

This is the 3rd brand (apparently) of a sake brewery famous for Hakurakusei/Atago no Matsu. It is fire-aged, so it is not as fresh as it should be, but as a standard sake, it is quite well-balanced. I was able to drink it in one gulp.

Slightly fruity. Slightly fruity. Slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. I like it even though it is more dry. Delicious.
It is a brand made at the Atago no Matsu sake brewery. I had never seen it before.
I was prepared for it to be sweet because it was a junmai daiginjo, but instead it was fresh and crisp. I enjoyed it with a variety of rice dishes!
The sweetness of Daiginjo is moderate and has a decent sharpness, making it easy to pair with rice. It went well with chicken sashimi and imo mochi butter. Very tasty. ★★★★

The first sip is a dry, crisp daiginjo. The sweet umami of the rice spreads from the second sip.
It is hard to find such a cosy daiginjo.
