Clean, nearly colorless. Simple, Medium aromatic intensity of white melon, banana, steamed rice, rice flour, white flowers. Dry, medium- bodied, medium- acidity, well balanced, very smooth medium flavor intensity of steamed rice, rice umami, a bit white melon with soft medium finishing. Very good quality, easy to drink and also good to pair food. Good to serve at chilled or room temperature.

We had mongolian noodles and a drink after taking a day trip to a hot spring 🔥.

First of all, I found "Hiryu" which I haven't had in a while.
Aroma like banana and pear.
Beautiful mouthfeel and balanced taste of sweet, spicy, sour and astringent.
The replacement of the four tannins creates juiciness, and the spicy astringent finish makes it enjoyable both on its own and during a meal!
