This month, I'm going to focus on Nara's local sake since I've been drinking from other prefectures for a while now 😬. The first one is Junmai Ginjo from Mitsumorosugi. This is the first time I've tried the kanji version of Mimuro, but it's calmer than the hiragana version, not too sweet and not too spicy. It lacks impact, but it's well balanced and easy to drink, making it an excellent food sake 😚 I enjoyed it with a side of sardine oil sardine🙏.

Yes, the Kanji characters for "sanmorosugi"! On the Kintetsu train on the way back from Nara, I wanted to show off the label of "SANMOROSUGI" (lol). I feel a mysterious sense of superiority, saying, "I love it! Since the bottle is from a traditional brewery, my pride is doubled even more. We waited until the night before a three-day weekend. The bottle was opened today. The cap was a middle stopper type cap. It is hard to open. Oh, don't hold back~! Pon. I'll take it from the sake god. And, "Yum! The aroma was faint. No fizziness. It tastes like mixed fruits. Yum! (2nd time) It is light but also moist. There is no cloying taste at all. It is simply delicious. It was indeed a beautiful samorosugi! I will have another cup!

This week, we decided to open the bottle on Thursday! After much pondering, I decided on this one, which I had the chance to taste during my recent visit to the brewery! So, this week we're drinking Imanishi Sake Brewery's Mikorosugi! This time, we are having a bottle of Miwa Densho Kura Brewery's brewed Dewha Kaze 60. Let's start with the first sip. The first day First, the aroma. It smells a little like a refreshing lactic acid drink. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a refreshing sweetness and a kind of richness, and then it will disappear. The lingering aftertaste is just a hint of soft bitterness, and the mouthfeel is clean. It is a very refreshing sake with a touch of citrus. The second day The freshness is the same, but the overall impression is lighter. It is easy to drink, but it could be a little more robust. However, I could taste the sweetness, richness, bitterness, and various other tastes, and it was definitely a delicious sake! Finally, the week is over! I'm going to recharge my batteries, but next week I have a medical checkup!
