A local store exclusive (maybe).
Very beautiful and delicious Mimuro cedar.
There is something subtle behind it...like a hint of something.
It's still delicious. This one will be gone soon too.
Takeaway from Imanishi Brewery
We will take it from Kamichumi.
Coolness and acidity like green apple
The Ookami Shrine near Imanishi Brewery has a white snake as an incarnation of a god, which is said to go well with the snake in this sake.
I finished a bottle in no time!
The 13°C alcohol content gave it a boost, didn't it?
I bought a bottle for myself as a souvenir for local distribution when I visited Ojinja Shrine.
It has a classical taste with the beauty of Mimuro cedar, as it has been drunk for a long time.
I like the easy one-batch bottles.
It is said to be sake brewed from Nara's rice Rohafu and sasayuri yeast. It is very fruity, with a freshness reminiscent of green apples and a very delicious acidity and sweetness. It went very well with skipjack and scallop carpaccio. I like it very much. ★★★★★
This is another sake from Nara that was gifted to me by a friend.
It has a fresh and fruity aroma and taste like green apples. It is delicious and easy to drink even though you want to drink it slowly, so it goes quickly and easily.
I paired it with bonito tataki, German potatoes, and stir-fried mushrooms, but it has a strong flavor, so it doesn't lose out to any of them. However, I prefer it with something a little lighter and full of flavor, such as octopus or scallop sashimi.
It is very tasty!
Today's post is a gift from an acquaintance from Nara Prefecture😊.
Thank you very much!
It's a gift from a friend of mine from Nara 📌720ml ¥.
The acquaintance said it is recommended to be served hot, so we will have it hot!
The aroma is slightly sweet.
The color is beautiful!
The mouthfeel is so sweet that it might be the first time it's been gently heated up!
It's delicious!
It's also the first time? You can also taste the deliciousness of the rice 💕💕💕💕
It goes in smoothly!
It's so good 😋!
Thanks to my acquaintance!
It warms the heart and body👍
I also had a glass of Bodhi Hashiroshi, which I was a little curious about.
The label design is indescribable, but the taste is very good. It is very deep.
I went to Ojinsha Shrine, which I had wanted to visit once.
Then I went to Imanishi Sake Brewery's cafe in front of the station and had a glass of what seems to be a local-only brew.
The unfiltered draft of Mimuro cedar is nothing but the best.
Oriental Zodiac Label Set of 4 Sake🍶.
The second sake is KINOTOMI, a limited edition sake for the year of the snake.
Two of the sake in this set are Mimurorogi made by Imanishi Shuzo in Nara.
The other two sake in this set are from Imanishi Sake Brewery in Nara, and the rest are from Mimurosugi.
The clear bottle is an unfiltered, unfiltered, unpasteurized orikarami sake, which is limited to the brewery and the brewery's direct sales office.
Imanishi Sake Brewery is located at the knee of Ojin Shrine in Nara.
Ookami Shrine is dedicated to the deity Omononokunushi, who is also famous as the god of sake.
The sake forest (cedar ball), which is part of the shrine's sacred body, is also famous for representing the arrival of new sake from breweries across Japan.
There is also a regent shrine dedicated to Takahashi no Ikuhi no Mikoto, the founder of the Toji clan.
The incarnation of the deity at Ogami Shrine is a snake called "Mi-san" (read "Miisan" because it is in the Kansai region). a snake called 🐍.
The design of the snake is fashionable, as it forms the letter "m" of the Mimuro cedar tree.
The exterior is a transparent misty white.
Cider-like red apple, ripe pear, white peach, and green melon.
The aroma is sweet and fruity.
On the palate, there is a silky residue and a gentle gassy feeling.
The taste is a refreshing cider of unripe melon.
It tastes like Hiragana Nami Muro Cedar (Romain series), which is closer to dry.
In short, it is delicious.
Hi Aladdin 🐦.
That's a fascinating drink comparison ✨Your blessings will be quadrupled 😁.
I see that this one is Nara's limited edition zodiac sake 😳and it's orikagarami! Even if you don't have a set, you can't stop drinking it when you see it 😆.
Hi Ponchan 😃
I'm drunk if it's 4 times the benefit. ☺️
I was very curious about this sake as an ORIGA mist, but I was about to give up because I could not go to visit Ookami shrine, but it was various Chuin-san that originated in Nara 😊.
Good evening, Aladdin 😀
After Shorekakuji, I stopped by Ojinja and tasted the sake at the brewery and liked it so much I took some home 🤣.
I was going to just taste it and leave because I bought Takacho at Shoreki-ji, but it was so good 🤣.
Good evening, Yasbaye 😃.
I was curious again after seeing Yasubeyesan's post, so I'm glad I got to drink it: ☺️
My guesses for breweries in Nara are Aburacho Shuzo and Imanishi Shuzo, so I guess we have similar tastes in sake 😆.
Yes, it's delicious.
I must buy this when I go to the brewery.
The aroma is like a sweet aroma of rice with a hint of alcohol hidden behind it.
The round mouthfeel and mild sweetness are delicious.
The tin is a little sharp and I like it.
This is the home of the Ogami Shrine, which enshrines a white snake.
I am even more grateful because it is the year of the snake.
And...it's delicious!
Sorry to say, but it reminded me of Shinsei...
The bubbles that seem to blow out when you open it.
Sweet aroma with a gentle sourness.
In the mouth, the china is juicy like grapes.
The tin has a distinct orikara flavor.
Wow, it is delicious!
I wish they would ship to Tokyo!
