I happened to stop by Imanishi Sake Brewery, where I was recommended to buy this limited edition sake, which was out of stock but they had restocked a few bottles.
It is easy to drink with a low alcohol content and a slight sparkle.
The sweetness is moderate, and the umami from the lees is well pronounced.
